**(4b)/5b div - 26 min.** Cascade, then high. Then *shower*; as it's 9-high, I thought it could be a good gauge for 9-height when flashing 9b. Prepared my attempts with 4b shower which I soon got like 12 c cl or so. With 5b: 8 throws to drop(s); best clean was 6 c cl (twice, i think). #otu - for the same reason (good for 9b) then did, first *7777700* flashes (from cascade), which went ok, after several fails, with one handclap back to 5 cascade-throws to clean collect, then also tried *999990000* which I merely got to a clean collect, but had delayed the last *9* a lot ( so there wasn't much left of the *0000*to clap hands or take a short walk or what ).**5b 56752 - 36 min.** Upto three times a 9th side to drop(s) or crash.

**3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 43 min.** Special attention today for my "fastest"-pattern, but big & slow; other than assumed, it's not *rev--normal--normal*, but *rev--rev--normal--normal* ( took a while to find out, as the first rev is almost a slam .. puzzling ). Also tried *rev--rev--normal* which was pretty puzzling ( upto ~3 rounds only ).**5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 5 min.** 88, 128 cl wristy 6-high. 192 th normal 5-high (~head-high + 1 handwidth).**9b flashing - 28 min.** iv 7 gathers' launches.**5b 56752 - 16 min.** Two 8th sides. Two 9th sides. One 10th side(?), i think.

30' - 5b endure - a) 535 throws going for result, trying, but only partly succeeding to do untensed. b) priority on finding easy, relaxed pattern to juggle. Got another ~250 throws untensed, maybe a few periods' recovery fight in between.

35' - 5b single bx - Several 4 bx per run. One **6/r** to a clean collect.

45' - 5b single bx - Two times **8** bx per run (finally confirmed that exeptional run of a while ago), yet couldn't get anything alike again in rest of stint .. one 4/r into about a period of cascade throws, but then collapse, only, was next best.

65' - 5b rev casc - 41 cl, 35, 32, 33 cl, runs.

10' - 4b-633 - 7 cl once. Mainly failing at first few throws. In search for sort of doing right in the right beat.

10' - 3b inv box - fluent enough to work on getting it more smashy, and got a few consecutives claws (of the columns), too .. it's just a natural way of catching them, when going down with the landing column, after all.

45' - 5b rev casc - 33, 33, 31, 63 cl (new #PR, swift, easy, rolled untensed, but of the kind of ropedancing, that is: slightest outbreaker or bad timing would lead to instant collapse, with no spare milliseconds to correct or recover. Pretty happy with s.th. now moving here.), 41 cl, 33 cl, throws runs.

10' - 4b-633 - 7 c cl at most once. Mainly working myself up one more throw by throw each.

5' - 3b inv box - Can play with widths now. Also clawing the drops won't work well yet (am catching and throwing them normal).

20' - 3b inv box - wider, thus somewhat smashier, but nothing like `right´, as it should, yet. Upto 17 rounds, but long not familiar.

5' - 4b 633 - Catastrophe .. Several 6336 to clean collect - 63363 all to drop.

**5b casc varied - 30 min.** Constant 9-high (~20-24 c). Very high. Endured 7-high only ~150 c. Pulse wide 5-high \\ narrow 7-high. Walk backwards\\forewards\\a.s.o. with 7-high pattern. Fastest (~30 c).**6b div - 5 min.** Tried windmill-style fountain (both hands to same direction, but on their side), and columns. All a catastrophe.**4b- 56702 - 5 min.** Again problems to find right timing at first; got much better (~5 periods), but stopped in favor of ..
