Worked on throwing technique again and did even better than before. At one point i was able to make alot of correct, comfortable throws in a row, but soon after i did bad. But at the end of the session i forced myself to make good throws once again and succeeded.

Worked on level: 7 starting from both sides and did good.

Most time was spent on throwing technique. I THINK i found out why my throws were creeping inwards. I taught my self how to reach out forward and throw a ball to the other hand that still hasn't reached out forward, through throwing technique. And correcting it this session wasn't really too hard. Though i still haven't made it a good habit.

Okay so i've noticed that when ever i take a brief break and resume what i am practicing, the exercises i work on become natural and EASIER than before.

also, I'm going to try something new. I may fail the first few attempts but I'm just throwing this out there so this idea doesn't just float away. I'm going to try and practice 3 sessions a day, one in the morning(Before 12: 00) , one in the afternoon(Before dinner), and one in the evening(before bed).

Briefly practiced level: 1, moved on to level: 2 and practiced for 5-7min. Then worked on level: 3, mostly starting from my left hand. It felt a bit wierd, (I tend to use my fingers to throw the starting ball) but im clear on how i want to make the throws, so its no big deal.

Total practice time: 37 minutes

Reviewed these levels enforcing good technique. I pointed my hands in to make narrow throws, and made sure i was using mostly arm, and no wrist.

Unlike yesterday, i didn't really struggle, nor did i obsess over small little things that didn't matter. So today was a relatively GREAT session. :)
