Some ball juggling! I was very tired but it went pretty good anyway.

5 balls: 5 up 360's felt very good, had fun with (8x,4)(4,4)* (I think it was the first time I tried it today) and (6x,4)* variations
6 balls: worked on Gattoplex
7 and 8 balls: short runs and flashes

3 soccer balls: cascade at different heights, 423, 1 up 2 up, 1 up 360, 2 in one hand...

Head bounce: got a couple of nice 1 up 360's (from head bounce to head bounce)

Enjoyed this session very much, nice and warm weather.

I started off by practicing spins with 3 balls. I tried to do as many connected as I could and I almost got 10 connected 3-ups.
Bxs with 3-5 balls. Felt very good with 4 today but I need to practice my throwing technique - throw the ball earlier. Also did some short overhead practice, not much though.
Moved on to try some more soccer ball juggling! Tried shower, 1 up 2 up, 423 and things like that. It felt good.
Then I went back to beanbags, 6, and it felt really good so I just kept juggling. It turned out that I got about 172 catches (could have been 173 or so) :). I got like 5 rounds of over 100 catches. Wimpy, sync and other 6 ball stuff felt good too.
Did some work with 7 as well.

Great session. I felt strong today, fresh.

# 3 balls, 3 soccer balls, head balance, 45 minutes

Started off with head balance, club, and a 3 ball cascade. It felt really good today. This time I focused ONLY on the balance. I got 13 catches ones (filmed), and another very good run of 11 catches where I kept the club very still. I think I found the key: Never look at the balls. This was a mistake I made last time.
Then I tried to balance a soccer ball. It went OK. But I think I'll have to watch some pros do it to get an idea of where I should put it and how it looks.
Theeeen I juggled three soccer balls some, 50+ catches (in my garage, low ceiling)
At the end I practiced BBB's some, nothing special.
