**3c basics, tricks - ~~20? min** 21, 224 doubles. 34 triples. For quads just a few bad tries. Tried *441* and got one round from launch to collect after it seemed impossible at first. A bit of *423*; tried active *2*, but didn't get that. *34530* so-so : to collect, but not back to cascade.**3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~~30? min.****5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~~5? min.****9b flashing - ~~50? min.** An 8 gathers. About five times 7 g. Not a lot and not many rethrows (like max 11 th 6 g).

~~3 min of 8b wimpy - didn't feel fit enough for more numbers.**5b 52567 - ~~25? min.** 28 catches clean (full seventh side) was best. Few sixth sides.

Tried some bx and flat fronts - single throws can succeed, but not more yet.**3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~20 min.** (Apart from usual, .. #otu ) Took several tries to get a *441* (hardly ever do this) halfway got it, but not smooth or endurable.**5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~5 min.** Many throws 9-high, maybe ~20+.**9b flashing - ~45 min.** Seven times 7 gathers. Some 6 g + 8 g in reach. One maybe 9 in reach, like might have caught it with less bouncy beanbags. Most patterns or launch not good enough (high, fast enough) for thinking of doing rethrows - can only do that on good days or in good phases with good launches. Got some 11 throws.**8b wimpy - ~5 min.** Upto 5 synch pairs thrown with 7 balls gathered. Yet, got nicer patterns,

Several, four or five, full fifth sides. #SoL - Still tricky to get that ``effort-tact´´ well, and to get it well timed, without galoping any throws.

Flourishes awkward, fails. I wanted to freely roll them somehow, but it seems, they stay gripped by at least ring- & middlefinger when *swung* (not rolled somehow).
