15' - 3c - (tinyclubs, doubles) 30+ throws
25' - 5 prop mix, 4b1c - once 10 rounds, next best two times 7 rounds.
150' + 65' - 5b rev casc - 81 cl (25'), 76, 87 cl (60'), 80, 85, 123, 83 cl, 107, //20'//, 73, 79, 71, 75 cl throws. Short very good phase and a few more very good but not long runs. Overall not as good as yesterday and tuesday (very good was too short, too little), but one of the longest runs this winter-season yet. [ 5b reverse cascade progress: 123 ]
I really don't wanna stay stuck with this all winter!

3c basics, tricks - 13 min 355 doubles. 16, 5, 2, 45 triples' runs / attempts. I don't currently like 441- there's just no slow or fast 1 , you can't speed it a lot when you need to catch up with a low 4; maybe when I get it better. By doing "up--up--give--a.s.o.", got 3 rounds, 10 throws of it. 34530 - much nicer (than 441), fluent poised throws (single double triple single), but not always accurate, and tensed after about two times the sequence per run that I get. I like to release the 5 very high and stay there with that hand, arm up and angled, awaiting the next 3 to be caught, going back down with it (maybe, Sirrr, I can gather some spare millisecs and tune it to be the military greet, Sirrr!).
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 52 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 15 min. 47, 57, 65 throws wristy 6-high. 96, 305 t 5-high.
9b flashing - 65 min. Ten times 7 gathers. Several, upto 5, rethrows.
5b 56752 - 25 min. Three 9th sides. One 12th side.
7b casc - 45 + 85 min. 45, 43, 43, 53, [break], (no very long runs after break), throws longest runs. Still struggling to get that: .. "launch 4 low balls out of the way left-right, then right on height into endurable pattern, keeping that (right, `soft´) height focussing on top three balls (or: on the top-`tunnel´)". [ daily7b II: 53 ] (not 'nuff - need many of those >50 for it to be real endurance practise)

3c basics, tricks - 15 min 176 doubles. 54 throws triples (among, if not the, longest run(s) ever). 2/run °34530°, then even got 3/run, 3 times the sequence in one run (both sides, with cascade in between).
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 42 min. Some really speedy "fastest" (rev--rev--normal--normal--a.s.o.), but hard to keep stable for more than a few seconds, ~30-40 throws or so.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 10 min. 107 throws wristy 6-high. 350+ 5-high.
9b flashing - 77 min. Nine times 7 gathers, one of which almost 8 g. A good bunch 'a launches with rethrows - best, i think, was like 13 throws into 6 gathers. There was partly millitime for me to anticipate (almost awarely spot) the next throws being possible in a well-shaped, -spaced and -timed pattern falling back down ( whereas usually, mind, perception, focus and attention are slightly behind and I can only haste back up whatever touches a catchhand ).
5b 56752 - 37 min. Hardly over 7 sides.
7b casc - 125 min. 47, 49, 59, 47, [break], 49 throws longest runs. [ daily7b II: 59 ]

3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 100 min. Always droppy.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 10 min. 7- and wristy 6-high.
5b 56752 - 35 min. Two 10 sides' runs, one of which clean. A few 9th sides.
Drove to under bridge here on account of rain and had a snack break.

7b casc - 100 min. One 51 (or 59? started counting only after a period or two) throws longest run. Rest 41 t and below. [ daily7b II: 54 (the middle)]
5b fastest - 8 min. Upto 30+. One very long run around 50+(?), but with about two to three periods above head high.

3c basics - 5 min 298 doubles (tensed, one fight with halves amidst run). 36 triples. Quads bad.
3c tricks - 5 min Two to three rounds of 441. ( had hurt the insideward middle limb/joint of my middlefinger on quads and didn't feel 100% secure anymore, so skipped 34530 )
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 70 min. Today's ``stuck with´´ went to all up + 90° - got it uglily twice; to 441 - worked myself up to 12-13 rounds; and to variations of reachovers ( Singles in #n-count. Half-a-windmill like clawed 3-counts. Doubles = two columns = two reachovers. )
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 5 min. 113 throws wristy 6-high. 157 th comfortable head-high 5-high.
9b flashing - 43 min. iv times 7 gathers. Droppy; many slips on dusty ground.
5b 56752 - 55 min. Two times 8 sides, one of which clean. Two times 9 sides. Once 12 sides to collapse.
7b casc - 127 min. 43 throws was longest run. #SoL #endupatt - Hardly got over that strange attractor hurdle at about 33-35 throws; often a drift into too wide went into collapse there, but when scooping more to inside, I had too slow handspeed and got early landing balls in even shorter runs. ( no full fresh form, no unleashed arms, .. dunno what to blame ) Maybe not ``speedy´´ enough in mind; also didn't vary a lot, high & slow \ low & fast, soas to find a good in-between .. 5b casc, reverse casc - 5 min.
Total practice time: 315 minutes
( 36°C, muggy, weary, flabby. Changed spot twice on thunderstorm ahead (that was only one short normal rain). Several breaks.)
3c basics - 5 min 138, 90 doubles. ~10, 20, 10, 10 triples.
3c tricks - 7 min .. took the bad spins into this stint. 441 - upto three rounds to drops. 34530 - Two sides to full collect with halves.
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 13 min.

5b casc varied - 10 min.

7b casc - 5 min. .. too muggy, worn .. went down to ..
5b div - 20 min. Endure. Reverse cascade.
7b casc - 37 min. One 63 throws run in a very short good phase. Rest under 40 th again. [ daily7b II: 63 ]
Again, felt too muggy & worn for 7b, so did 5b "fastest" and thought, I might just aswell try that with 7b (needing little effort only) ..
7b fastest - 10 min. .. but it was too droppy, so spent the rest with:
5b fastest - 20 min. Got a few longer runs around 50 and 60 throws.

3c basics - 5 min 320 c cl doubles. 53 throws triples (pretty good, maybe longest ever), with two or three halves among.
3c tricks - 8 min 441, 531, 34530, all so-so.
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 33 min. 441 and even 2b-411 - like with clubs after two rounds - were puzzling. Got 5-6 rounds when focussing on the 1-s in 441.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 10 min. 48 throws wristy 6-high.
9b flashing - 22 min. ( too warm for, but 9b's just soo 'greedy', so took a chance on 'em ) An early 8 gathers and five 7 g. Hardly any rethrows (once or twice two or three).
5b 52567 - 40 min. Some 8th sides, some of which clean. One 10th side.
7b casc - 98 min. One long 61 throws run. Rest below 40. [ daily7b II: 61 ]

3c basics - 5 min 212 c cl on doubles. 22, 36 throws to drop on triples.
3c tricks - 15 min
441 - three rounds to drop on the third 1.
531 - bad, first time ever tried #otu . High 5, then galopping 31 could be an approach.
34530 - Three times the sequence with cascade in between to a clean collect. This pattern is more and more fun the better I get it .. having two clubs in the air (the 4 and the 5) that will land right and handles to the point, and throwing out another one (the 3) feels great.
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 28 min. [ yesterday: ] You can catch a ball between handback and the inside upper part of the other forearm (near the el); then roll it up like that from there using the forearm as a ramp. #inventions
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 10 min. 120 throws 6-high. 215 th on rather lower 5-height.
9b flashing - 40 min. Only one 7 gathers launch. A few more or less reasonable upto 3 rethrows. Stopped when I got multiple releases when overspeeding and wanting too much (instead trying well-tempered), so to say.
5b 52567 - 57 min. A 10th, a 9th side to drop(s). Another long run 11(?) or 13(?) sides to collapse. Rest rather upto 7 sides.
7b casc - ~95 min. Not over 39 c cl today. [ daily7b II: 39 ]
In between took a plunge in the river.
5b fastest - 13 min. Upto 30+.

3c basics, tricks - 12 min 80 doubles. Triples messy - it was windy. 441 - got 441441441 to collapse, but three rounds is rare 'cos I usually confuse "left hand", "right hand", "which club next" and "4" and "1" (and "not 2" and "not 3") after the second round. 34530 - three times the sequence to awkward ugly but full collect, which is the or among best I ever got with this. Also 2 seq. per run two times to collapse and once to full collect.
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 33 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 7 min. 127 c cl 6-high.
9b flashing - 18 min. Again an early 8 gathers launch. Then nothing more. ( It was a bit strenuous, and it didn't seem, I'd get anything easily anymore, though you never know, but I'd rather went on with, and spend the time on next up on schedule ..
5b 52567 - 20 min. Not over 6 sides, not even clean.
Very flabby form here, and felt airless in spite of a good breeze - downright needed a break amidst this stint.
more 5b 52567 - 40 min. After drinking, lying down and stretching my back, watering T-shirt and muscles, with clearly better form worked myself into several 8th sides.
7b casc - 147 min. 43 cl, 65, 47, 43, 47, 45 cl throws longest runs. [another short break in between] [ daily7b II: 65 ]

3c basics - 5 min 305 doubles, first attempt. 15, 25 triples, first and second attempt. 6 c cl quadruples on 2.nd attempt.
3c tricks - 15 min 423 - puzzled at first, then got a few rounds.
441(4) - got this: 441441423423, into ..423 simply happened getting rid of that hand's club under a low 4.
34530 (single double triple single) - got two times the sequence within a run with clean cascade in between to an ugly but full collect. I'm less ``afraid´´ of the 5-s landing who knows where causing collisions and chaos, but now know where they belong and that they won't hit me.
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 55 min. among usual freestyling a mixture of single reachovers, penguins, claws, fastest (rev--normal--normal--a.so.), drops(?), levels(?), horizontal slams, racketing, tried
all up + 90° [ #otu ] but soon cut that leaving it for normal (less harder, less heavy, less risky) balls.
Did "slowly-roll-towards-elcrook-and-take-and-throw-ball-from-there" all the while going on cascading, in a five-beat, i think, stronghandside only (weakhand taking and throwing); I think I kept s'swap 3, not 423 or sth.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 5 min. Wristy 6-high, several periods (~50-100 throws? Didn't count).
9b flashing - 50 min. Doubtful at very first attempts, soon found into a few acceptable launches, then two early 8 gathers. Accumulated ten times 7 gathers. Got a few unreasonable rethrows, but tried at least.
5b 52567 - 65 min. Two 9th sides. One 12th side.
7b casc - 145 min. 55, 49, 48, 43, 57 cl, 47, 57 throws longest runs. [ daily7b II: 57 ]
