# 3 balls, #experimental, #focus, #otu, #technique, 3 ball tricks, 5 balls, 7 balls, 75 minutes

Radar looked like rain would stop soon, but didn't, so i stood under a small roofed area doing 3b.
3b cascade - ~20 min.   Had for a while been wanting to do this: find out exactly when the  c a t c h e s  happen: Like when pulling on the one end of a rope hanging with both ends over a branch, in order to uplift sth tied to its other end, I focussed on the downward movement of the catches imagining I'd be doing the other hand's upward throwing movement with that catch movement of catchhand. In other words: Doing / thinking the throw by the countermovement of the opposite catching hand.   It seemed like the / my throws - in the yet normal pattern - were a bit earlier than the catches, so it felt like for doing as described above, throwhand had to shortly wait, delay a few millisecs (until catchhand got its ball to pull down). Or else - in a higher, slower pattern - I had to catch later for also the throw in question to be later. But I might be completely wrong, as it's unusual and difficult to focus on the catchmovement + other hand's throw at the same time. I did get that clear feeling / impression of pulling´´ the throws up with the opposite catch though.   Interesting tweaks of dwelltime and I'm not through with finding out exactly what goes on there and how to use it.
Tried blind a bit, but got too many drops.
3b 52413 - ~20 min.   (4 thrown reachover, so it looks like ongoing cascade)   went well in spite of a few drops.
A few minutes of 3b "fastest", rev--rev--normal--normal.
5b endure - ~20 min.   219, 373 throws longest runs.
7b casc - ~8 min. ( rain had stopped, but it was darkish and didn't feel warmed up well )   A hearty 23 throws run with good focus and rolling well for those two periods was best I could get from scratch. ( rest were bad launches and blunders )   [ daily7b II: 23 ]

# 5 ball tricks, #mentec, #focus, #endupatt, #ThinkAs, 3 ball tricks, 166 minutes

Too rainy, overcast, grayish-darkish, cold, windy outdoors. [ daily7b II: 0 ]

12' - 3b elroll-takes - got upto five or six in a row in a two-count. It's not as presumed yesterday a 423 variation, but indeed maintaining crossing throws(?), the cascade(?), a three-beat-all´´(?), (but it's unclear how to fit that roller into s'swap notation).

1' - 3b 524RO13 - fluent (but sometimes a few back to cascade throws in between).

153' - 5b rev casc - started with short controlled runs to find into an endurable pattern - 73 (12'), 99 cl (30'), 109 (60'), 93 cl, 89, 79 cl, 71, [ #mentec #focus #endupatt #ThinkAs ] tried throwing over the whole pattern into the middle upto here, but from now on aiming along the steep sides of an imagined trapezium (with shared flightpoint very high up there somewhere), thus throwing angles with portionned thrust in the first place, only then with secondary focus on right height, 77 cl, 83, 79 cl, 71, 90, 71 cl, 75, 74 throws longest runs. # 7 balls, 5 balls, 3 ball tricks, #invention, #exercises, #experimental, 53 minutes

5b casc varied - 10 min.
7b casc - 40 min.   51, 51 throws longest runs (next best was 45 two or three times, maybe once 47).   [ daily7b II: 51 ]
3b casc varied: piroujoggling - 3 min.   #inventions #exercises - run + keep turning - difficult, but got it with about no/one/two drops per lane.

# 3 ball tricks, 25 minutes

Had no plan, just "juggle" (sth easy with few or no drops, sth fun). Started off with cascade, open for whatever would cross my mind .. it turned out:

15' - 3b backhandclaws ( between index and ringfinger on the back of the middlefinger ) - thrown back to pattern as reverse. Did them in a four-count (swaying out\\in) for about over 50 throws.

10' - 3b elroll-takes´(? dunno how to call this) = cascade -- roll a caught ball to the wrist/forearm/el -- allthewhile catching and rethrowing next without dropping the still rolling one -- take the rolling ball with the other hand reaching over and throwing it as column, guess it's a 423-variation - could soon do half a dozen of them in a row in a six-count, two in a row in a four- or two-count. Speedy stuff using half-beats.

30' - 3b rev casc varied - almost more to say here, than it actually lasted in realtime:
- Having had bad starts with 5b rev a lot, I figured varying 3b rev was a good idea.
- First revealed: a strongly tensed weakhand, even some recalcitrant small muscle in that forearm, which indeed explains my bad starts with 5b rev.
- with notably bent knees, I exaggerated wiggling (shoulder belt & hips, whole body in fact) to get the pattern running well,
- every once in a while I tended to do corrections as regular cascade throws ( I don't have that with 5b .. there's just no free space inside the pattern for that then ).
- Did step back 'n forth - ok,
- turn slowly once around anti- & clockwise - soso, needed full concentration to get full turns,
- pulse high\\low - ok,
- tried to find into an easy small low pattern - ok after a while
- wide - the "tendency" to correct with normal throws was an ""urge" here, but I got it pretty wide, but not easily,
- pulse wide\\narrow,
- pulse high & narrow \\ low & wide .. then also high & wide mixed into - all hard (anything with wide is hard), but got it all mixed once,
- more small low easy, now with stepping back 'n forth and peripheral view, gazing with #focus on background wall or changing focus on and concentrating on looking at different things on the bookshelf there (almost sort of completely forgetting the juggle) - took a while to get it pretty automized and a few steps back 'n forth.

85' - 5b rev casc - 79, 72, 82, 82 cl, 103, 89, 71, 97, 105, 99, 99 throws longest runs. Also here, need to settle´´, once I get the perfect´ pattern (and motion & rhythm & mindstate & ado), need to stay in that stable pattern. [ 5b reverse cascade progress: 105 ]

5' - 3b inv box

78' - 5b rev casc - 67, 59, 75, 53, 61, 83, 71 cl, 66, 84, 65, 55, 63 cl, 57 cl, 73, 63 cl throws longest runs.

5' - 5 mixed props, 4b1c (doubles) - 11 rounds clean ( with a half-spin). 12 rounds clean with one single spin.

22' - more 5b rev casc - 75, 65, 77, 57, 81 t. [ 5b reverse cascade progress: 84 ]

# 5 ball tricks, 5prop mix, 3 ball tricks, 90 minutes

20' - 3b inv box - small pattern.   wide upto wholly outstretched arm very few times.   #otu #new - naturally transitioning into crossing throws of the low balls - can't say, what that was, some distorted 3b-tennis or maybe even a 3b-#FISC(??) with one ball lacking, as I did consecutive 3-s with same hand while other (empty) hand did nothing, but there was no 2x between those consecutive 3-s, so rather not, rather some hybrid.

48' - 5b rev casc - 61, 63, 53, 56 cl, 63, 73, 59, 55, 53, 57, 75, 53, 63, 59, 54 throws longest runs. [ 5b reverse cascade progress: 75 ]

22' - 5 mixed props, 4b1c - upto 10 rounds thrown a few times, best one to only a ball drop. - Took a while 'til I noticed underspins; (with underspins granted´´ so to say ..) risking "rather overspin" got it better.

17' - 3b inv box

38' - 5b rev casc - 57, 49, 60, 71, 49, 49 cl, 49, 79, 61, 55, throws longest runs.

11' - 5 mixed props, 4b1c - upto 8 rounds a few times, but not clean. The first runs felt good, smooth, but soon it went into tensed and having to correct a lot.

12' - more 5b rev casc - 56, 53 t. [ 5b reverse cascade progress: 79 ]

13' - 3b inv box = 423-tennis - in spite of doing the bowy, slow 423-way, it was tensed, awkward, but managed pretty long runs, ~100, ~120 and ~190 throws. Failed when trying to get it slammy, speedy, all horizontal.
