5b casc - 30' - ( kneel-sitting, intending blind ) warmup; find into neighbour-friendly soft underfilled balls.
5b blind - 40' - ( kneel-sitting ) 3 x 3 gathers. 1 x 2 rethrows + 2 g. Several 5 contacts.
6b wimpy - 20' - ( standing = ~1m 25cm for pattern below ceiling )
#otu - 2 x 12 catches clean (#PR). 4 x 8 c cl. 3 x 10 c cl.
#technique #SoL - Throwing from rather the middle and in a stacked way makes it easy.
Tried ftns synch, asynch, synch rev and asynch rev, too, but all bad.
5' - 3b arches, bad. 2b - 2x-levels 3-count with gap (or: "330-arches"). 3b - inv box. All not so great.
5b single bx - 60' - Two times 2 per run to clean collect. Five times 2/r back to cascade.
Once 3/r to clean collect.
20' - 5b endured 367 throws.
5b fast \ fastest - ~55-60 throws eye-high. Below chin, one run counted 29 throws and that should
have been about max on that height today.
5b ½-tennis - 25' - (rev--normal--normal--a.s.o.) Sort of 6?-7? rev throws.
7b flashing - 10' - Hardly got a flash ( standing, and way too soft two more balls )

2b 2hd (1b 1hd each !?), columns alternating - (5') - Reduced my imaginary `poles´ to highest trajectory
2b 2hd selves alternately circling - (5') - so-so
4b ftn asynch rev - (5') - seems to halfway work now. Tried to focus on that ``double highest point´´
(but it hops over to other side all the time, which I couldn't follow).
Somehow managed to look through the whole pattern, if, then focussing highest points, then from
peripheral view got 27 catches with revs. (best ever, .. what a hard birth, and I still can't
manage the normal non-rev)
3b-441 - (10') - thrown Ones, and low, so in fact blind. Did until 33 throws. First time thrown Ones.
Embedded upto now only 1b wide, sitting.
2b my ``SoL-like drop-off´´ trick - (8') - SoL, but handing the throws over to the high
hand with throwhand, instead of catching with the high hand.
3b to-elcrook-rolled-&-flipped splits - (8') - ( 2--3--_to-elcrook-roll-flipped--0--3--3--..a.s.o. ).
Not obvious to control. Got four flips once.
3b uta - (15') - in a 5-beat. Then 3-beat, got 9 throws (3 utas) .. however, the later
ones might have become just "low Threes".
Did then claw them into penguin handholding (only natural!) which got them wider again, and got
upto 15 throws (5 utas).
5b splits bx - (5') - (ceiling 2,45m) Got 4 catches (two throws caught) several times, few so nice that six
catches seemed possible. Was more of contortionist-feel, trying to get the throws over the
other shoulder (wheareas outdoors, I can throw them high behind my head). Makes more sense
2b-01414 - (2')
3b behind back - (~20') - (looking) in a 7-beat. Got maybe upto 5 per run. Don't get it well in a more
5b endure - (25') - Check what's left of my monthslong practise. [ dailyLongestRun5b: 396 ]
5b bx - (95') - Ten times 3 per run, most of which to breakdown, but some to collect or even back to
cascade. Not 4/r.
5b half tennis - (15') - Twice around 8 rev throws (=~24 throws)

2b routine - 15 min. 1hd-2b. Want to make the hands act against one another, bickering for the balls!? 5b "easy" \\ endure - 80 min. 335, 399, 655, 623 throws runs. Alternating between long kept up runs, then priority on "as easy as possible" (letting drop very early and or going to very early collect). [ dailyLongestRun5b: 655 ] 5b single bx - 45 min. Four to five times 2/run, one of which with a third attempt caught amidst breakdown. Once 3/run clean collected .. one ball was failed so low that I genuinely saw it dropped & the breakdown already, so I was astonished to see five in hands after last catch. My hand had caught that low one 'all by itself' !? Got that backcrossing into way higher whole pattern better now - bx-es felt way easier. Just got to get used to doing it that way and find into fluent timing.

2b, 3b - ~15 min. Drop-off from one high hand. 5b endure - 70 min. 327, 439, 335, 487 throws runs. Still haven't found a `relaxing´ pattern to anytime fall back into and recover from exhausting saving-periods, so all long runs still stay being a force-act. [ dailyLongestRun5b: 487 ] 5b half-tennis - 15 min. Average (5 to 6 rev throws per run). 5b single bx - 15 min. Not 2 per run, but several back to solid cascade + second attempt failed.

4b-633 - 20 min. 2b - 10 min. Drop-off from high. 5b endure - 88 min. Somewhere <300. [ dailyLongestRun5b: 480 ]

2b basics - 15 min. Dropping off from high (like "Statue of Liberty", but alternating hi\\lo). 5b casc endurance - 90 min. 447, 487, 511(? 519?) throws .. last one would be PR, [edit: no, wait! .. had beaten that 510 c one already. end edit] but am going for more anyway - next milestone >=1,000 catches. 2b - 5 min. Horizontal (2x,2x) (maybe 60 cm). 3b casc - 5 min. Wide nearly horizontal. 5b RO, casc - 55 min. Once two RO per run + back to cascade. Once unto second attempt that run. Many to collect or few throws after. Some fails. A bit of cascade.
Total practice time: 65 minutes
3b, (2b) freestyle, misc - 30 min. #otu (other than usual): Partly 2b: tried inv. box .. no real chance .. intuitively doing 3 instead 4 (secure catch) .. also 3-s instead 1-s (avoid collision). Also wrong balls. 3c, (2c), basics, (tricks) - 15 min. Doubles: 103 catches; triples: 14, 14, 15 max catches. 2c-34030 (singles doubles) six `sides´ each. Easy. Gave 3c-234 (singles doubles) just a try .. also rather easy, got like two `sides´ each 1.st try, but still tend to do double- instead single-3 (and have to fetch it from above before spinning twice :o]) . ) when not wholly concentrating on the `beat-melody´. Spent no time on it, remembering for next. 5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 15 min. 7-high max 118 catches. 9b flashing - 40 min. Half-half good-bad. Max 7 gathers only once. Once 9 c seemed in reach. Laboured on that last weakhand-ball coming as multi (causing most of any fails): focussing on that one's grip mainly - before even starting the launch - gets some hold of that one evading early. 7b casc - 60 min.
7b casc - 90 min. Max 43 th. [ dailyLongestRun7b: 43 ] 7b splits - 5 min. Several times 8 catches. Max throws 10 or 12. Ugliness getting less bad - spread comes better. 3.rd (pinky-)ball of three-ball-starthand needs extra attention at launch, to get it into right grip, or into right spread with less good grip.
Total practice time: 255 minutes
5b casc varied - 20 min. All heights (3, 5, 7, 9, b). 7b casc - 70 min. Good swift runs, rather good form, easy going. One very good long run, must have been way over 40 throws. (Lost 10 mins searching a ball in high grass .. such things lose my practising rhythm). 2b, 3b, 4b, 5b - 15 min. Some basics, a bit only each: 3b slow casc, big rev casc almost stretched arms circling whole scoop; columns, pistons. 4b all kinds of fountains (horrible weak hand), wimpy, columns, slow, 2b 1Hd. 5b casc slow (+ very long dwell-time).
7b casc - 85 min. Session of rather better kind. Some `endurance-feeling´ (should do it, though, not `feel like´). Promising.
