/* - had not been scooping wide enough (got columns, several collisons), and also didn't focus on pattern's top well - not that I wouldn't have tried all the time .. simply didn't manage, it didn't work. - Guess, I was too much fixed on doing relaxed, gettin' the easiest way, with smaller pattern, thus smaller hand movements, thus smaller scoop, yet doing on good height, so, getting too narrow patterns. - Varying patterns a bit would have found that out earlier!? Also more awarely reflecting what kept me stuck at 73 throws would've. ( but, doing "easiest", which is imo an optimal way to practise, I never got the idea, there might be anything else that could improve my practise ) - More precisely: daring to free and move the arms, the elbows out wider a bit, instead instinctively keeping the pattern near with me (and trying to scoop more, but with arms stuck to the body), is the thing.

3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 9 min.
9b flashing - 53 min. Two times 8 gathers. First ever normal size balls flash, 9 catches clean. Overdue, but definitely "gotten" still is relieving and, yeah, cool to finally have it accomplished. Wonderful pattern, not narrow, not too wide, not very high, perfectly well-shaped and ~timed. Several times upto 13 throws in matters of more than 9 throws.
7b casc - 123 min. 43, 53, 45, 45, 55, 43, 43, 49 cl (last run, stopped) throws longest runs. #psychologic - Tried to not get into tensed mode trying to tie up with yesterday's great practise, but the memory was still too fresh, so forced for result a lot and didn't get it smooth enough. Twice over 50 is okay so far though. [ daily7b II: 55 ]

3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 10 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 5 min. 175 throws 5-high to collapse.
9b flashing - 20 min. Four times 7 gathers in first ten minutes.
5b 52567 - 22 min. A few each, 6th, 7th and 8th sides partly clean. #SoL - new issue detected: 2.nd 5 sometimes tends to come a bit too high ( #psych - anticipating the crescendo on that side ), entailing either, when I don't notice, the subsequent 6 being too low leading to the pattern collapsing, or else, when I notice, the constraint to do the 6 and 7 higher resulting in the pattern getting higher and higher to then also collapse. Remedy: just a question of sticking to the right ``melody´´ (low--hold--low--high_self--higher--a.s.o.).
7b fastest - 15 min. Stuck to low patterns (making it a longer stint wasn't intended, just happened), that again went incredibly well; got over two cycles (17-19 catches, i think) clean at about one..two handwidths above head. When I lost that flow, did normal high again (about 1½-2ft above head and higher) ..

7b splits - 20 min. About three times 9 duplex thrown, but nothing clean.

3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 17 min. Mostly fast and fastest ( doing rev--rev--normal--a.s.o. ).

5b casc varied, s'swaps - 10 min. Tried first time ever 744 and got 4 throws.
1c flourishes - ~5-10 min. During 20' second of three rainbreaks, under small sheltered part of a hut there, did some flourishes with a birchstaff that I found there: normal flourishes seem to ``stop´´, swaying in the wrong direction before rethrowing them normally (or I'm doing them wrong), so they should maybe better flow into a shoulderthrow. Stopped that and did bottleneck catch + over pinky's palm backhandwards rolls + into bottleneck throw ("backhandrolls"?), which went well.
#nature - When watching the rain, waiting, I noticed sudden little steam jets that seemed to come out of the soil .. I imagined an insect or small animal originating these in some way I never heard of before, or maybe some rare chemical phenomenon (lithium?? sulfur??). .. It was cherry-pip-like little beige mushrooms it turned out, puffballs (that I know only much bigger, squash- or golfball size), i guess.
5b 56752 - 30 min. ( Gave up 9b flashing after a couple 'a minutes - moist dirt kept sticking to the dropped balls. ) Upto a 9 sides run to collapse. 6th and 7th sides clean or full caught.
[ rainbreak, under shelter: ] 3b cascade endure. fastest. - 10 min. Wanted no drops there (dirty + lotsa hidden corners there), did cascade pure, with focus on reflecting what attention and focus lie on, on what distracts, on where eyes and mind wander, on how it gets boring versus wanting to keep on doing: first, found, that I was losing stable shape and needed focus to keep the pattern in shape; then after a while of slaving to stable pattern rather dully, found, that I fancied to do some reverse throw for a change (but may not); my eyes could wander np as long as pattern was in peripheral view; did some "juggling lower" [according to Mike Moore's hint ] which feels queer to me and I wouldn't try that with another pattern - worked okay so far, dunno about any gain; still later - pattern still rolling on - asked myself if it wouldn't make more sense to do some 3b blind instead (but I may not) .. in a given moment, my hands corrected a flawly throw using a reverse throw and the ``experiment´´ was finished - pattern was still rolling, though - and I did a few attempts on closing eyes amidst the juggling (usually do full blind start for "blind"), which was where I got my drop. [ #exp #psych (?) #mentec (?) #focus #reflecting ] Did a bit fastest then too.

A bit chaotic of a session, but glad, I didn't lose too much time (like last two days) and got some good juggling done.

55' - 5b "easiest" \ endure - #outstandingRuns - Exceptional 1468 throws run (tensed only above like 320 th) is new #PR.
25' - 5 mixed props, 4b1c - Upto 9 rounds. #psychologic - I was a bit too eager to get this well soon, soas to go over to 3b2c, then didn't underestimate that 1c anymore and got it better.

20' - 5 mixed props, 3b2c - 2 rounds into attempt on 3.rd (5 tinyclubs caught). #SoL - I think sticking to clean pattern (e.g. constant height, geometry, scoop) - as so often generally - and relying on the club throws and spins to come well, without then main focus on those, does best here (at my current level). Else - focussing too much on single throws - will not keep the pattern together well and tear it apart rather soon than late, with awkward timing and spread shape issues coming up.
95' - 5b rev casc - 71, 63 cl, 65, 69, 112 cl (but horribly klutzed collect) #PR (not smooth & swift, but fought for, and misshaped pattern), 53 throws longest runs. [ 5b reverse cascade progress: 112 ]
Two new PRs = great yield today. Things slowly start taking shape.
