9b flashing - 30 min. Seven times 7 gathers. One 8 g. No rethrows.
7b casc - 70 min. 47, 47, 75 cl [*], 51, 59 cl throws longest runs. [ daily7b II: 75 ]
[*] - great run, somewhat higher than usual (as so often with PR-s), but not narrow at all; smooth, very little if any effort at all, maybe tension in the shoulders coming up. Stopped the run at a round number of nine sets of 8, believing, it were new PR, but it's only one catch near last fall's PR. [will log anyway, as it's been a year now ..]

5b endure - 10 min. From cold, did until a 500+ throws run - took ten minutes. Got ~525 th.
5b casc varied - 20 min. 9-high a few. Then, same idea as above, getting long ednured runs and the corresponding feel and technique and mindset, did wristy 7-high wanting like 200 throws (about double of what I currently want with 7b); dunno how long it took, but after several attempts got 197 throws. A bit "fastest" too.
5b 52567 - 68 min. Upto two 9th sides, one of which full caught, three 10th sides, one of which full caught. Then 14 sides with one last drop = new #PR 55 catches. #outstandingRuns - The run was forced, slaving to rhythm and heights as good as I could without really controlling anything. Also a slight drift left ahead took me walking around and away from my spot in a big half circle not seeing where I was stepping on those bold cobbles needing to do every step ``individually´´ so to say. Didn't learn anything from that run, yet hopefully my subconscious will on occasion remember how to keep this pattern up even longer. Couldn't confirm, so no ``breakthrough´´, but good stint with good yield and some smooth shorter runs, and glad this is moving on.
Had chosen a spot (under the bridge) on the other riverside, where I happened to originally start to work on just this pattern about a year ago.
7b casc - 150 min. 43, 45, 45, 48, 65, [short snackbreak and lie down two minutes], 51, 49 throws longest runs. [ daily7b II: 65 ]
5b fastest - 10 min. No long runs.

3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 30 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 5 min.
5b 56752 - 25 min. Two 7th to collapse. Two 6th sides clean.
9b flashing - 30 min. Five times 7 gathers, one of which out of 10 throws. 2 and 3 rethrows (once each. =11, 12 throws).
7b casc - 115 min. 43, 51, 45, 75[*], 49 throws longest runs. [ daily7b II: 75 ]
[*] - #outst'runs, #mentec(?), #endupatt - did not focus on top's shape well, as usually works best, but had had several ~35-37 runs seeming like a barrier right before and wanted to do what I'm actually out for and dare and keep 'em up for a longer run ( sort of went for it(?), put less focus on counting(?), did with extra spirit(?), sth of the kind, .. mainly "kept going", I guess .. ). The run itself wasn' to tensed, rather fluent, just had to fight just a bit with right height at around six sets of eight throws.
5b fastest - 10 min. Very very low & fast, partly racketing, but hardly over 30 throws a few runs. (need 50 throws safe, or a minute)

5b 52567 - ~15 min. (4th and 5th sides)
8b wimpy - 15 min. Two times 8 c cl, only after calibrating first throws to collect.
7b casc - 125 min. 47*, 42, 47, 43, 43, 53, 45, 55 throws longest runs. [ daily7b II: 55 ] * - this was best gorgeous run, a lower one, but didn't seem fast at all; perfect stable pattern; felt just like 5b.

55' - 5b "easiest" \ endure - #outstandingRuns - Exceptional 1468 throws run (tensed only above like 320 th) is new #PR.
25' - 5 mixed props, 4b1c - Upto 9 rounds. #psychologic - I was a bit too eager to get this well soon, soas to go over to 3b2c, then didn't underestimate that 1c anymore and got it better.

20' - 5 mixed props, 3b2c - 2 rounds into attempt on 3.rd (5 tinyclubs caught). #SoL - I think sticking to clean pattern (e.g. constant height, geometry, scoop) - as so often generally - and relying on the club throws and spins to come well, without then main focus on those, does best here (at my current level). Else - focussing too much on single throws - will not keep the pattern together well and tear it apart rather soon than late, with awkward timing and spread shape issues coming up.
95' - 5b rev casc - 71, 63 cl, 65, 69, 112 cl (but horribly klutzed collect) #PR (not smooth & swift, but fought for, and misshaped pattern), 53 throws longest runs.
Two new PRs = great yield today. Things slowly start taking shape.

5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~5 min. 97 throws 7-high.
9b flashing - ~30 min. Four times 7 gathers, one of which 8 g clearly in reach (but blundered somehow with full catchhands). Felt okay. Some pattern in the air worth that name.
5b 52567 - ~40 min. Best was a seventh side thrown to drops, once. Nextbest, once 21 catches clean. Furthermore 20 gathers; and 20 throws with 19 gathers and 1 drop. Six more fifth sides thrown to drop(s) or collapse. Eight times 16 catches clean. Felt so near a new PR or getting it down, now (once again - but thought this somedays earlier already).
7b casc - ~135 min. 45, 41, 49, 61(? 65?) ( this one was wide and forced after fighting past my strange attractor at about 35 throws, hasting behind the beat all rest of the run ), 41, 45, 49 cl ( this was a nice & clean run, well near my chest ((sort of standing right inside the front plane, it seems)) & swift, rolling - much better than the very long run before ), 43, 49, 41, 56, 51, ~51 (only started counting this one after about two periods), 75 catches clean!! (9 sets of 8 + 4 launch throws never counting 'em ./. 1 last weakhd afterthrow mostly lacking) #PR ( more than that .. it's a landmark I always wanted in the past: 10 times seven throws all caught [*] ), 61, 41 throws runs longer than 40 th. [ dailyLongestRun7b: 75 ] ( A'll make that chart bend & curl back to its origin! ;o]) .. and shoot right past it into free open space )
5b fastest - ~5 min. One long run 40+ at least, maybe ~50 throws. Felt utterly snapped in .. all I had to do was "go on" exactly like that. Nirvanic. Haunted. Could relaxedly watch myself doing stable several periods after I had gotten a left turn controlled.
[*] - things have meanwhile changed, of course, .. I want it mastered, but above all no more early fails which I still get a real lot. So, this is an enormously sweet peak run (and it was worth a 1 mile-radius yell), but not the breakthrough I'm after, like to get a nice & familiar good dozen of seconds run anytime.
The pattern itself wasn't fully controlled .. it slowly walked away with me like so often; so, I rather held it up, kept it up, starting speedy & lower, then towards middle of run slowly becoming higher, then awkward and greater 3d spread towards end. Managed to go to collect when control was completely lost. I've had runs with more control, easier, swifter, but this run shows, I'm getting better at keeping non-optimal patterns up, too.

7b casc - ~85 min. 39_(1.st run),41,,,41,65!_(but only 58-59 c),,,, throws runs longer than 38 th. [Commas = timeline; " - " = consecutive runs] *65: great very easy ``movin' on´´-run, feeding pattern's top. Had before done speedy with unleashed wrists for a while (short runs, fails, uncontrolled). After that tried speedier thrown launches, but at a slightly slower, comfortable beat (compared to normal). A good launch makes it so much easier to get into controlled, endurable pattern (and the right cascady feel) right with 8.th-9.th throws. (other than having to `find into pattern´ after so-so manageable launches). [ dailyLongestRun7b: 65 ]

5b casc varied - ~10 min. Constant 9-high (~20 throws). Pulse wide\\narrow 5-7-high. Fastest. Should do walk with pattern back 'n forth again (for control over getting patterns near body).
7b casc - ~75 min. (29, very 1.st run - rare, such an offbeat), 35, 37, 41, 36, 39, 39, 35, 36, 39, 43(47?), 53, 47, 43, 37, 39 throws runs longer than 33 th (great yield). The 53 t run was queer, different: I did high elliptic slow(!?) scoops with my dwell-time. I have no idea, what to think of that - it does match timing frequently being too fast a bit, then having too much space 'til next ball landing. (But I usually then simply can do lower at same beat). Pattern was normal, though, average wide (about hip to hip), average high (about 3 ft above head). - - - Apart from that, also for sure now spotted a downpull after ~27 throws, and this time, it came back regularly (unintended) (with breathing?) every like 6(?)-7(?)-8(?) throws, where I had to lift pattern up again each time. (So, controlling this, going with it, is an issue for such runs). [ dailyLongestRun7b: 53 ]

7b casc - ~105(?) min. ,, ~35/37,, 37, 36, 39, 37,, 36, 38, 37,, 38, 37, 35, here took off gloves and pullover for last ten minutes: 44, 41, 45, 53 throws runs longer than 33 th. After taking off gloves, pattern felt `thinner´, balls smaller, tunnels broader, whole pattern more `airy´, more space in between to throw into, easier aiming and controlling. So many good runs in such a short time and the patterns, feeding their top well, and feeling as easy as enduring 5b very `cascady´, felt like a breakthrough. (Once again). I really should hold the pattern up for a while (>=100 c) by spring, now, under good conditions (=sunny) in a long, unhasty session. [ dailyLongestRun7b: 53 ]

5b casc varied - 15 min. 9-high ~30 throws. Very high. [Maybe I can one day leave gravity :o]) ] Pulse wide\\narrow. Fastest.
7b casc - 115 min. 66, 39, 40 (42?), 41,,,, 35,,, 37,,,, 49 throws runs longer than 33 th. 66 th - run not very high, max ~3 ft above head, but my favourite pattern is yet about a foot lower and speedier. Scooping a bit only (naturally?), not so exaggerated. Not narrow, not wide, just fine. No effort / tensions, but not wholly relaxed but somewhat finetuning a lot without that feeling of going by itself. Maybe a bit speedier than many other practise runs. Top of pattern felt more above the head (not actually in front some) - I know it, but doing it feels like throwing behind myself and falling backwards a bit before it usually snaps in just right after one-two periods [but didn't wholly snap today, as mentionned above]. Thus, tripping backwards (instead being pulled forward) is, I guess, a good sign. Not surprised myself with such long not had peak run
