3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 30 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 7 min.
5b 56752 - 28 min. Doing around emphasized 6-es mainly. Pretty good yield again: A 7th, two 8th and a 9th sides clean, apart from also several 6th to 8th sides into drop(s). #improvement #structuredPractise - also without breaking any PR, I see improvement just as much in needing less time, shorter stints, to find into pattern and upto average runs and average daily best runs. (used to need an hour, 1½ formerly) #otu - Also tried on 4b-156 again just a bit to check what goes, failing -> adjourned `` 'til cow comes home ´´ (would need longer extra stints).
7b casc - 135 min. 45, 49, 53, 57 (cl?), 51 throws longest runs. [ daily7b II: 57 ]

5b 56752 - 35 min. 6th, 7th and 8th sides. #otu - In between a few attempts, 2', failed on 4b-561.
7b casc - 115 min. 43, 47 cl, 45(?), 43(?), 44, 46 throws longest runs. [ daily7b II: 47 ]
7b splits - 10 min. Upto 8 duplex thrown (to drops) twice.

5b casc varied - 10 min. incl. one impulsive fail on 75751, and one sequence of [ #otu #new ] 55555..8552..55555 to clean collect within like five attempts or so.
5b 56752 - 65 min. 6th, 7th cl and 8th sides.
7b splits - 15 min. 17 catches + 1 last drop on 9 duplex thrown.
7b casc - 128 min. 44 cl, 50 cl, 43, 43, 45, 52, 45 throws longest runs. [ daily7b II: 52 ]
5b fastest - 10 min.

3c basics, tricks - 27 min 226 doubles. 20, 29, 23 triples. 8 sides of 234. 441 and 4414, two consecutive rounds clean. Three rounds per run. #otu - Thumbrolls, rather bad. Flourishes, hardly got any. Single throws flat fronts, okay; consecutives hard. 34530, two rounds per run to full collect.

5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 5 min. 93 throws 7-high. 120 th 5-high.
5b 56752 - 65 min. Two 6th sides clean. Two 7th sides to drop or collapse. Two 8th sides clean.
7b splits - 20 min. 14 c cl.
7b casc - 123 min. 47, 43, 45, 43, 49, 43, 49, 50, 50, 49 cl throws longest runs. [ daily7b II: 50 ]

3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 120 min. #otu - bx into 90° turn; got it a couple of times once all around (four turns to 360°) turning into stronghand's bx, then with weakhand's once around too. Ell-roll-flicks(?) - got about 10 in a 4-count, only two in a 2-count, so `folded´ the 2-count. Some work on past under the other arm throws (upto in a 3-count, and caught in a mix of claws and-or penguins)
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 10 min.
5b 56752 - 63 min. Three times 6 sides clean. One 8th side to collapse.
7b splits - 10 min. 12 c cl. 9 duplex thrown to collapse.
7b casc - 112 min. Tried to focus on getting best easiest pattern and technique, going to early collects - feels much more effective -, easy going also, instead exhausting on result, and got 43, 47, 69 (unsuspected, surprising, right after I `woke up´ from a rather dull phase), 59 (gorgeous run, smooth, easy, untensedly snapped-in) throws longest runs, plus a half-of-it counted run at least 43 th maybe 49. 3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 47 min. incl. 5-high claws, okay. 55500 flashes unprecise, risky (for health - balls are pretty hard). #otu - Also - just a bit - tried a start with outstretched arms up + keep last hand high, but didn't get that far.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 10 min. 9-high. As high as would go wristy without effort ( --> between 5- and 7-high ).
Alternated between ..
5b all up 180° - 12/2 min. One back into 6 cascade throws clean caught. One into 5 th + drop.
.. and ..
5b 75751 - 12/2 min. Got 6 throws from cascade ..55555..757517 almost a few times, one drop each or so.
5b 56752 - 72 min. One 9th side clean. One 7th side clean. Many 6th sides, but only two or three of which clean.
7b splits - 13 min. 9 duplex thrown. 6 duplex thrown was second best. Best clean was only 10 c cl.
9b flashing - 13 min. Didn't feel like exhausting on this today and got like nothing ( <= 6 gathers a lot).
8b wimpy - 10 min. 12 throws to drops. Nothing clean.
7b casc - 80 min. 49, 55, 43 cl, 45, 53, 47, 53, 65, 43 throws longest runs. [ daily7b II: 65 ]

5b 52567 - 12 min. No great yield (4th and 5th sides), but okay for short stint and it felt okay.
8b wimpy - 20 min. #SoL, #technique, #otu, #efficiency - remembered I did too narrow last time, so wanted to use width better; on that behalf, other than usual, did the first pair of throws to collect for calibration once or twice to make sure I wouldn't be throwing ``somewhere up somehow´´, which was very helpful!? 10 catches clean, awkard last 2 catches with several contacts tilting them up before catching them arm to body, new #PR, and confirmed soon after. Further 8 c cl twice, 9 gathers, 12 throws.
7b casc - 115 min. 41, 51, 41, 53, 47 throws longest runs. [ daily7b II: 53 ] 4 gathers on an impulsive 7 up 180° - maybe not impossible.
5b fastest - 10 min.
#conditions - partly in the rain, made balls slip when wet or stick to hands when slightly moist.

5b 52567 - 40 min. 7 sides to drop. #otu - Attempted another start with -first-throw, which worked just a bit unused to, but okaey, but  remains more familiar so far.

5' - 1b bbb - 1-es (straight pass) and first time attempting 3-s (throw in a bow and hope it lands where catchhand is, or catchhand finds where the ball will land). And same around the body.

7b casc - ~65 min. Felt good today. Great launches right into good pattern, good focus on pattern's top: #technique, #otu, #SoL - Did new way of launching: usually my launches are good and get right into pattern well, when I throw already the first two to four throws up somewhat heartily high, .. today I was in a speedy mood once again and did the first four throws >lower (which seems paradox) and the last three throws higher than usual, sort of 99 (into felt 9-high or more than high enough 7-s, then). Could then pull those patterns down into similarly smooth & poised lower runs. Great yield today was 37, 38, 57, 43, 44, 63, 43 cl, 47 cl, 40 throws longest runs. #otu - Finished by doing some as high as I can halfway hope to control, right from or soon after launch, about good 9-height that was; seems to be a great exercise to do regularly, given once I got the knack in a stint. 40' - 5b "easiest" \ endure - 707 throws longest runs. New way of doing, #technique - Instead of catching with fingers and throwing from there, even rolling off middle- and ringfinger at release, and scooping with wrist, right at start of stint, it struck me, I was rolling off the balls from ringfinger plus pinky!? So, sort of just the opposite way of how I partly do reverse cascade. Balls like moving horizontally inside the hand, instead from palm to fingertips as usual (when rolling, which is yet another way). I must have been doing like that before with 3b or 5b fast, but only now was really aware of it and I tried and did like that willingly, which worked and was very smooth. Also, there's no or less wrist-scoop, only a flick along hand's long axis when flicking up with ringfinger and pinky at release.
30' - 5 mixed props, 4b1c - An exeptional 10 rounds; rest upto 7 rounds.
