# 7 balls, #new, 3 heavy balls, 5 ball tricks, 5 heavy balls, 5 balls, 195 minutes

3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 30 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 5 min.
5b 56752 - 25 min.   Upto 6 rounds clean twice.
7b casc - 120 min.   45, 57, 43, 45, 46, 47, 53, 63, 63, 47 throws longest runs.   [ daily7b II: 63 ]
7b fastest - 10 min.   #new - casually done this before, especially when exhausted from forcing too much - now made it a stint on its own. It's a good speed \ fingers' nimbleness exercise in any case.   Clean flashes head high (among at least just as many fails). ~11 throws slightly above head.
5b fastest - 5 min.   One or two ~35-40 throws runs.

Total practice time: 195 minutes

# 5 ball tricks, 5 balls, 5prop mix, #new, #StagesOfLearning, 175 minutes

55' - 5b "easiest" \ endure - 427, 451, 861 (last run), throws longest runs.

20' - 5 mixed props, 4b1c - Upto 11 rounds.
          [ n.t.s.: ii 7 tod, 9 tod, ~10 tod, 11 tcl½, ]

..as this went well, dared some: ..

10' - 5 mixed props, 3b2c - #SoL, #new (tried it once before, but had fails) - Felt double fast at first, less than half the time left for focussing on spin-watch and spotting for catching. Then got a flash, a qualify, and three rounds in a row (all clean caught)!   Precious exercise for 5c, as there's consecutive tinyclub throws - quasi an `element´ of doing 5c.   Felt great and like there's hope to skip 2b3c and-or 1b4c.

90' - 5b rev casc - 67, 60, 65, 59 cl, throws longest runs.

# 5 ball tricks, 5 balls, #technique, 5prop mix, #otu, #new, 165 minutes

40' - 5b "easiest" \ endure - 707 throws longest runs.   New way of doing, #technique - Instead of catching with fingers and throwing from there, even rolling off middle- and ringfinger at release, and scooping with wrist, right at start of stint, it struck me, I was rolling off the balls from ringfinger plus pinky!? So, sort of just the opposite way of how I partly do reverse cascade. Balls like moving horizontally inside the hand, instead from palm to fingertips as usual (when rolling, which is yet another way). I must have been doing like that before with 3b or 5b fast, but only now was really aware of it and I tried and did like that willingly, which worked and was very smooth. Also, there's no or less wrist-scoop, only a flick along hand's long axis when flicking up with ringfinger and pinky at release.

30' - 5 mixed props, 4b1c - An exeptional 10 rounds; rest upto 7 rounds.
          [ n.t.s.: 6 tcl, 7 tod½, 10 tod½, 6 tbd, 7 tod½, 7 tod, ]

8' - 5 mixed props, 3b + 1c (tiny) + 1b large - Upto 20+ catches to breakdown. 3 rounds clean collected. [ #otu, #new ]

85' - 5b rev casc - 51, 53, 67, 49, 57, 51, 49, 53, 53, 63 throws longest runs.

# 5 ball tricks, #new, #PR, 140 minutes

55' - 5b single bx - 5 bx per run to clean collect. Then - out of nothing - 8/r + 9.th throw failed (=pr, never did that much).
15' - .. then ( #new - ) did harder variants: with weakhand, got one to collect. Very low, got two, to collect and back to cascade. And, faster count: .. this goes down to doing without going into higher slower pattern (as there is not the time to slowly pull pattern back down). That means doing the bx within one dwelltime e.g. by spotting a ball and getting prepared to do a hasted bx (catching sooner and catching next faster after it). Very hard. [edit:] stupid me, now strikes me, did that last thing from lower pattern as used to, while, if I don't go higher, I might aswell start it from high. Next time, then. [end edit]

60' - rev casc - 25, 31, 23, 55 (#PR, great run, rolled swiftly, snapped-in, just slight drift slowly turning me round; also didn't expect this at all), 27, 29, 23, 25 throws to drop(s) above 22.

10' - ½-tennis - (=rev--normal--normal)   bad, but got one run with 5 rev throws.

# 7 balls, #endupatt, 9 balls flashing, #StagesOfLearning, 5 ball tricks, 3 heavy balls, 5 heavy balls, 8 balls, #new, 185 minutes

[remembered, no notes taken:]
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~15 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~5 min.
9b flashing - ~35 min.   Several times 7 gathers.   Upto 5 rethrows.   #SoL - Launching through a ``(vertical) strip of (higher and higher) crossing points´´ for my ladder launch might give nicer patterns and do less collisionbound launches. I can aim lower and needn't bother about what happens high up in the top, but can rely on throws coming well .. all provided I got into whole launches well and do that aiming accurately.
8b wimpy - ~5 min.   Two times six pairs thrown.   Slowly getting back to that feeling of it being simple, that I had when first trying the 8b-wimpy and got the flash in one the first attempts ( but completely lost that and got entangled into focussing other stuff like width, hand's position, angles thrown ). I have to just throw from near the middle up, aiming rather narrow on height, near the body and in the front plane. I can do somewhat lower for better control, less accurate being good enough then.
5b 52567 - ~20 min.   A few full fifth, two sixth and one seventh side to drop(s). Best full caught was 20 gathers clean.
7b casc - ~105 min.   49, 47, 75 (blundered on going to collect), 65, 57, and a few more (51(?), 49(?), .. ? ) throws runs longer than 40 th.   I can partly, in good phases, rely on good launches and on getting right into keeping the top rollin', soas I can launch with the intention of enduring like I would with 5 balls. I'm then going for like 12 sets of 8 throws = ~100 catches. ( But there's still just as many as ever less good phases where I don't get that simple ``cascady spirit´´, not a clean pattern launched, early fails even, liable to do unwristy with effort and-or too far ahead, and forcing too much. )   [ dailyLongestRun7b: 75 ]

In between did one, two or a few attempts on   [ #new ] 5b splits crosshand overhead (two throws to collapse).   7b all up 180° (one couldn't tell what I tried there).   7b launch: quadplex -- triplex -- synch duplexes ([4x6x],[4x6x]) (get these to clean collect every once in a while). Also regularly few times per stint doing launch: 1 up kicked -- split triplex -- split triplex to collect .. lately also into two to four cascade throws.   7b single round °27[57]°.

# 7 balls, 5 ball tricks, 5 balls, 8 balls, 7 ball tricks, #new, #session, 160 minutes

A bit high throw warmup, then 3b, 4b, 5b shower - ~10 min.   Tried 3b, 4b from cascade, which went np with 3b, but don't get good fountains with 4b, but 4b shower (from launch, then) was okay, like 10 throws first attempt. Tried 5b on different heights, but didn't get over 7 throws (not even all caught).
8b wimpy - ~5 min.   Remembered to do wider, which also allowed for lower.   Yet, got two times 7 catches (only).
5b 52567 - ~50 min.   Very good one stint again. Got into sixth side twice. Felt sth was possible and did "until" (thus rather longer stint). But didn't get more than that and abandoned for today in favor of 7b. Was good practise, though (not stop after just gotten into really well as I often do).   Furthermore five fifth sides and 10 times 16 c cl.
7b casc - ~80 min.   43, 46 throws runs longer than 40 th.   [ dailyLongestRun7b: 46 ]
Amidst, I dared trivial 7b tricks - ~10 min or better: single extra throws, all from like a period or two or three of running cascade:
°27[75]°   - (done and gotten these before).
clawed catch + normal throw.
rev   - not really ``special´´ as this happens when doing normal inside cascade. Was out for
rev--normal--normal   count, but too hard, so tried on some willingly done revthrows.
Got like each of these with a few afterthrows to drop or collapse.
bx   - two higher throws from weakhand, then stronghand bx was okay, yet nothing like accurate and no chance to get back to cascade or to even go to collect. But it didn't seem impossible.
Later, was as insane as to try all up 180°, but didn't have the slightest chance. Was happy to get sort of all flashed before first dropped or flashed at all with balls going everywhere.
I did all this also, maybe mainly, for getting another perspective on my groundstate .. a compare, another context. It was the first stint ever of the kind.
5b fastest - ~5 min.

# 7 balls, 5 ball tricks, 3 heavy balls, 5 heavy balls, 7 balls triplex, #new, #PR, 235 minutes

3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~30 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~10 min.
5b 52567 - ~45 min.   One 24 gathers peak run (full collect, but bad last throws wrong hand caught), rest max were few into fifth side.
7b [456][22]2 revs - ~10 min.   #new - 9 catches clean, #PR. Seemed feasible, so did "until" after many 8 catches or gathers close. - Not sure if I'm into this.
      http://fs5.directupload.net/images/160724/qi76csqq.gif
7b casc - ~140 min.   47, 53, 43 (3d-spread increased to breakdown here), 41 cl, 71, 43, 55, 49, 44 throws runs longer than 40 th.   [ dailyLongestRun7b: 71 ]   Doing speedier and already before launch thinking of feeding the top, made it today.

# 7 balls, 5 ball tricks, 3 heavy balls, #new, 5 ball splits variations, 3 clubs basics, 3 clubs tricks, #otu, 5 balls, 7 balls splits, 8 balls triplex, #conditions, #nature, 300 minutes

[tags in about the order of time invested]

3c basics - ~5 min   15, 11, 7, 20, 7, 34, 9, 7, 47 triples.
3c tricks - ~5 min   34530 - two rounds in a run with cascade in between. one to collect.   #otu - a few thumbrolls were okay (gotten, but no full control or embeddable).   Flourishes awkward, fails. I wanted to freely roll them somehow, but it seems, they stay gripped by at least ring- & middlefinger when swung (not rolled somehow). I'll find out - had them better before.
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~45 min.   At least my 5-count bb-s get better again.  #new - Also lately doing fast almost horizontal wide throws just-in-time-``sideclawed´´ with outstretched arm.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~10 min.
5b splits bx - ~20 min.   Max throws to breakdown = 6. Max full collect was three times 8 c cl.
7b splits - ~7 min.   Max 8 throws to breakdown. Max full collect was 14 c cl.
8b [567][22]2 - ~8 min.   Upto 6 triplex thrown.
5b 52567 - ~70 min.   Upto five sides. Barely ever got the flow. Twice 16 catches clean - everything for sure caught with appropriate hand this time [A'll pr this as a first landmark].
7b casc - ~120 min.   41, 41, 41 throws runs longer than 40 th.   [ dailyLongestRun7b: 41 ] That's all .. destroys my nice series of 10 days 50+ max runs .. only ``excuse´´: #cond. - fumbling around with incense (against tiny flying ``vampires´´) and wind changing, and also took a long while till I unexpectedly found why I didn't get any launch well: day's moon was right behind pattern on the side and tore my launches to an angle with many collisions (lol?). Never got into a concentrated practise rhythm.
.. more (10') 5b-52567 in between.

#nature - grasshoppers are out. :o)

# 7 balls, 5 ball tricks, #StagesOfLearning, 3 heavy balls, #new, #otu, 7 balls splits, 8 balls triplex, 3 clubs basics, 3 clubs tricks, 5 heavy balls, 440 minutes

3c basics - ~5 min   271 doubles. 20+ triples. Quads bad, like 3-4 reasonable throws.
3c (1c 2c) tricks - ~10 min   Single bx, bad. #otu - Single flat fronts, got most, partly back to cascade, but awkward catching .. tried bottleneck-catch (1c 2c), but unused also. Flats = horror.   Settled at last in some 34530 (single double triple), where I got single rounds back to cascade, and like two sides thrown per run (with back to casc in between) to collect.
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~60 min.   Behind backs aren't as I want them fluent in a 3-, not even 5-count at least.   Am not getting my intuitive(?) autistic(?) routine(?) freestyle without drops for longer runs, or else: without trying a more difficult extra throw (e.g. single contorsionist or bb) soon in a run.   #new - Found a nice way of doing my 3-count clawed reachovers, though, by doing them as column in the middle (hands then alternately claw-throwing there).   #otu - A low Statue Of Liberty (shower to a hand at height of pattern) also went well (pretty trivial, done so low, maybe).
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~5 min.   Didn't feel like stressing mee arms with this today.

I knew there was a lot of time today, so for the multiplex, I wanted to push a new PB on any (hopefully "every") of them by like ``doing until´´ ..
5b splits bx - ~70 min.   12 c cl and 10 c cl.
7b splits - ~60 min.   18 c cl and two times 14 c cl.
8b [567][22]2 - ~40 min.   Upto 6 throws.
So, no new PB alas, but got into the feel of each with good runs.

5b 52567 - ~50 min.   Upto seventh side, i think, but nothing `big´ to a countable collect. Many early fails, and going back to flashing one, two sides every once in a while.   #SoL - new aspect: thinking of the 67-s as ``high pairs´´ above low 5-s [edit, 1d:] That is then doing and shifting focus on "crescendo" only after that 5 .. like 525 | 67 | 525 | 67 | ... not 52 | 567 | .. or 2 |5675 | .. or sth. [end edit] But getting all throws (especially the 6-es and a long hold) well to the right melody, and in a narrow pattern, remains crucial for good runs.
7b casc - ~140 min.   47 cl, 43 cl, 50 throws runs longer than 40 th.  [ dailyLongestRun7b: 50 ] (worn feet, had to `fight´ for fresh runs)

Total practice time: 440 minutes

# 7 balls, 5 balls, 3 balls, 8 balls triplex, 7 balls splits, #otu, #new, 215 minutes

(made it to the park, yeahj)
5b casc varied - ~30 min.
in between 3b casc - ~5 min. Showing a man, tourist from Turkey with wife and kid, who did hectic too high vertical 3b which was fun for me to imitate him, then showed normal wide how much space there is to the sides (and when the hands circle nicely with the pattern - showed hands circle without balls, too). Also showed front-plane standing sidewards and showed a level for a height to aim at. But he was too busy with even getting his own stuff lol to put that into practise. I love those challenges to get them to have that "Ah, it's so easy after all!" -feeling, but most just wanna play a bit on their own (not really learn or get instructed) and can't manage any hints. I can then but stand in opposition and show a nice slow cascade. Had he been pupil, I'd a had him do nice 2b bows first for a minute. - Funny was also: I was about to hand the kid two balls and try a shower, but he interfered and wanted "Three!" balls lol and left the kid without, watch only.
7b casc - ~172 min. ,,,,,, 43,,,,, 41,,,, throws runs longer than 38 th. Plus one-two longer uncounted ones. [Commas = timeline] #otu - Got twice a quadruplex--triplex-launch caught ( [2T345][567] ) and also with duplex ( ..22[57][57] ) afterthrown into collapse.   [ dailyLongestRun7b: 43 ]
in between (#new) 8b triplex [567][22]2 - ~5 min.   Started 3b\5b in hands and did a [11] (took two balls off next throwhand) after first triplex to do the following one. Didn't get very far - just two throws and one ball too many for a clean collect, but more seem feasible before long. Think, I'll stick to that one. (Would make sense to get 7b splits better first, though).
7b splits - 2-3 min.
