3c basics - ~5 min   15, 11, 7, 20, 7, 34, 9, 7, 47 triples.
3c tricks - ~5 min   34530 - two rounds in a run with cascade in between. one to collect.   #otu - a few thumbrolls were okay (gotten, but no full control or embeddable).   Flourishes awkward, fails. I wanted to freely roll them somehow, but it seems, they stay gripped by at least ring- & middlefinger when swung (not rolled somehow). I'll find out - had them better before.
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~45 min.   At least my 5-count bb-s get better again.  #new - Also lately doing fast almost horizontal wide throws just-in-time-``sideclawed´´ with outstretched arm.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~10 min.
5b splits bx - ~20 min.   Max throws to breakdown = 6. Max full collect was three times 8 c cl.
7b splits - ~7 min.   Max 8 throws to breakdown. Max full collect was 14 c cl.
8b [567][22]2 - ~8 min.   Upto 6 triplex thrown.
5b 52567 - ~70 min.   Upto five sides. Barely ever got the flow. Twice 16 catches clean - everything for sure caught with appropriate hand this time [A'll pr this as a first landmark].
7b casc - ~120 min.   41, 41, 41 throws runs longer than 40 th.   [ dailyLongestRun7b: 41 ] That's all .. destroys my nice series of 10 days 50+ max runs .. only ``excuse´´: #cond. - fumbling around with incense (against tiny flying ``vampires´´) and wind changing, and also took a long while till I unexpectedly found why I didn't get any launch well: day's moon was right behind pattern on the side and tore my launches to an angle with many collisions (lol?). Never got into a concentrated practise rhythm.
.. more (10') 5b-52567 in between.

#nature - grasshoppers are out. :o)

(sunny, consuming freezy windchill)
5b casc varied - ~15(?) min.   Very high. Constant 9-high. Pulse wide\\narrow. Fastest.
7b casc - ~100(?) min.   ,, 41, 39,,, 37,, 43 c cl,, 41 - 35, 41 c cl,,, 37 throws (if not catches clean) runs longer than 33 th. [Commas = timeline. " - " = consecutive runs.]   [ dailyLongestRun7b: 43 ]
#nature - [long time no "nature" lol, but today .. ] the deers (~250 meters in plain sight) allowed for my presence and continued grazing .. I believe they tell me (or: "a juggler") from other individuals.

# 7 balls, 9 balls flashing, 3 heavy balls, 5 heavy balls, #nature, 240 minutes

Repaired my small leather balls, 5 cm, 55 gr, for better 9b flashing, for 2½ hours.

3b freestyle, misc - 20 min.5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 5 min.   7-high: 113 throws; 5-high: 277 th. Very few even 9-high.   9b flashing - 60 min. (small leather balls)   Max 7 gathers; almost 8 g (three arm-body contacts, before fell). Once 9 c in reach.   A few well-spaced, well-timed patterns launched (spread, not `in line´)   7b casc - 45 min.   Rather bad; nothing counted over even only 35 th, just one longer run not counted. Not `got it´ right this unit.

(had to move, due to mowing) 7b casc - 110 min.   Not fresh, not all speedy, but forced some longer runs, one rather outstanding (not counted, but maybe ~>45 th + x).   [ dailyLongestRun7b: 47 ]

#nature - surprisingly - 'cos no stones around and in the shade - a little lizard scurried over my Bubbles on my blanket and didn't mind me taking my nine balls just beside.

3b freestyle, misc - 35 min.5b casc varied - 30 min.   Endure 5- with partly 7-high; 7-high: 237 catches (pretty good, rare); 9-high: bad could no way confirm yesterday's twice 56 throws, got max ~25 only.   Some "fastest", max 19(?)-21(?) throws.   Some "very loose flapping wrists".   7b casc - 100 min.   A good lot good low (but not long), partly swift runs again.   Counted 37, 41, 45 throws + one pretty long alike not counted.   Another unusual pretty much narrow and (/but) way too high run (easy for accurracy, good shape to handle, but too much consuming to hold long).

7b casc - 100 min.   One-two runs "felt like Five".   Two more runs ~40 throws.   All in all (both units) way too much effort, forcing, keeping too high patterns up. There is this really easy technique snapping the balls up from unleashed wrists like that kid's conic plastic-basket with a pingpong ball on its ground snapped up by a snap released .. that's a bit how it should feel.   Found a new way of aiming in that mode (the short phase that I `had´ it): you thrust the ball precisely into the wanted direction like along a vector drawn from it (with focus like on the actual position of the hand with ball, i guess also in relation to what's in the air and the highest points' area, but that I did intuitively or automated) .. it will then go where it should, where you want it to. (But this way of aiming is anyway only a minor aspect that I did not pursue). The reason, now, I don't get this mode by default, is, that I have to actively (decide to) do it, switch it ``on´´, else intuition / instinct will let me do the less unstable ("labile"), the more secure way with considerably more controlled wrists' tension and better control of the slower pattern. Without practising that snapping technique a lot and willingly, it is just very hazardous and hard to control. I had the impression, that technique also culminates in a wiggling back 'n forth of the elbow (thus the upper arm upto the shoulder aswell), sustaining the Chi for the precise moment of the snap-up ( Guess, a Shaolin would browse the energy of the ground he's standing on, earth's core itself's energy :o) into that fingers+wrist's snap ;o]) .. )   7b splits - 5min. ( [43] )   Had half forgotten the rhythm .. needed whole 5 min to get a flash (counting not 7 balls, but 8 catches [4322][432][43][43]. ).

#nature: a huge swarm of (caledonian?) crows(? rooks?) was circling between sun and me. A natural disco-effect by their shadows sweeping over the whole meadow. ("Yeah! My disco needs me." O,o )

(weather: `another good dive in the veggie-soup with big fat grease-drops´)   3b freestyle, misc - 25 min.5b casc varied - 20 min.   Endure, normal-high partly somewhat higher: 463 throws; 7-high: 173 th, ~ 151 th. Bit of 9-high.   7b casc - 115 min.   Somewhat weary form, yet partly good , even very good runs: 51 throws, 47 th. Almost all way too high again, though.  

5b casc varied - 15 min.   Went up to higher than 1.-st unit, 9- and b-high.   7b casc - 80 min. (no wind = more mosquitoes - they favor the eyelids this year, where you can't hit them)   Maybe another one or two very good runs, rest bad not fresh.

#nature: saw a ferret(?) / polecat(?) / foumart(?) / ermine(?) / weasel(?) (smaller even than a squirrel) - looked at me several times from facing river-border while I was eating lol.

3b freestyle, misc - 22 min.5b casc varied - 35 min.   Higher 'n higher, went well; always improving.   Tried 7-high 12 sets of 8 + launch = 101 catches clean to collect round ten times in a row, but made only half, rest failed - two runs with [#nature] cabbage white butterfly dancing with the top .. failed on first of these soon (though I knew of the upcoming challenge); got the second only failed on one of the last throws near 100 c. (=new discipline: catch most butterflies). Did this (101 c in a row) hoping to stabilize (& in case analyze) height, technique, accuracy, ease, hopefully furnishing less early fails generally; maybe `burn an endure-rhythm into my brain´.   Added some normal (as long as would go) endure, 7-high: max twice 175 throws.7b casc - 100 min.   47 throws. One very long run - saved some outbreaker, pattern went on and on, and got another set of 8 throws on top another outbreaker .. was sure then, that was beaten my PR (53 c), but hadn't counted it. However, got more good long runs, but a phase with early fails aswell.

3b freestyle, misc - 15 min.
7b casc - 95 min.   Some more good runs, a good phase with air cooling down some, but more early fails towards end when mosquitoes came out killing any practising rhythm.

#nature: had to clean my site from goose-shit.

3b freestyle, misc - 50 min.   (200 gr balls)   Much "fastest".
7b casc - 110 min.   One run > 40 throws.

3c casc - 3 min.   (wooden)   Triples, not so good.
3b freestyle, misc - 10 min.   (200 gr).
7b casc - 27 min.   Top-fresh #form due to cooling breeze at upcoming rain .. even high pattern went so easy & effortless.

#conditions: rain stoppedbroke off this session (unnerving april-weather in june).

# 5 balls, #nature, 95 minutes

5b - (3 min) casc flashing blind, few attempts, nothing really caught :o|
  - [ #nature ] gave a very short introduction to juggling upto five balls for a flock of very concerned gooses. (5 min)
  - [edit (forgot):] One very good run of "fastest&lowest" below chin, yet rather wide like 3 ft. apart,
  'bout >40 c. [end edit (knew, there was sssomething good today!)]
  - casc varied (preliminary to 7b).
Location: concrete area among fields, then cobbles under bridge
