# 7 balls, #injuries, 60 minutes

7b casc - 60 min. (incl. 5' 5b warmup)   35 cl, 39 throws longest runs.   Wore vinyl gloves again, as it was chilly and windy, but today juggling with them felt very slippery and I dropped a lot and rarely found into pattern.   [ daily7b II: 39 ]

#inj - wade is much better again so soon .. can walk normally, even hop slightly, like for loosening up.

# 7 balls, 5 ball tricks, #injuries, #conditions, #anatomy, 110 minutes

5b warmup, casc varied - ~5 min.   #anatomy - Ripped a fibre \ small bundle in my upper right wade when jumping up for a very high throw. I seem to have been lucky that it seems to have been a muscle used for jumping very high mainly with utterly stretched leg, so I since got along just hobbling some, now. Still, surely a question of weeks to heal unto full leg movement, walking, stance.
5b 52567 - ~15 min.   Into 6th side. Two times into 5th side. Two 4 sides clean collected.
7b casc - ~90 min.   37, 39, 35[*], 43 throws longest runs.   [ daily7b II: 43 ]
      [*] 35 th - this was best run .. smooth, low, snapped in right from launch, then rolled like by itself.

#conditions - Oh, .. forgot:   used vinyl gloves against chilly temperatures - worked great, almost like barehanded.

50' - 5b "easiest" \ endure - Focus on most relaxed pattern which gave pretty good longest runs of 335, 283, with average Ø 56 - 160 throws runs.

20' - mixed props, 4b1c
          [ n.t.s.: 6 tod½, ]

90' - 5b rev casc - 48, 48 cl, 47, 65, 55, 49, 51, 47, 53 throws longest runs.

#injuries - my handicaps (neck, lower back) seem to get better, which I'm glad for (as a lumbago can worsen to take weeks to cure).

5b fastest - ~10 min.

#injuries - instead of looking foreward to that neckache fully vanishing (still hinders unrestricted shoulderwork a bit), I now have a lumbago from(?) running upstairs with shopped goods(?), the kind that hurts when coughing deep. °BaaahhH°. Can't bend or do sudden moves that go through the hip. Hard time.

Tired, unfresh, [#injuries] a spine ache where the chest sits (from sudden high throw when doing 9b) that goes away by doing\moving\juggling.
3c basics, tricks - ~10 min   289 doubles, first attempt, a few fights to hold it up. 19 triples.   34530 - single rounds unclean back to cascade.
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~15 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~5 min.
9b flashing - ~40 min.   Three times 7 gathers.
5b 52567 - ~30 min.   Two sixth, three fifth sides. 20 c cl.
7b casc - ~135 min.   41, 49, 43, 43, 49 throws runs longer than 40 th.   [ dailyLongestRun7b: 49 ] (finishes daily 60+, daily 50+ series)
8b wimpy - ~3 min.   here and before doing 9b above, just a few tries, ~10 throws (5 synch pairs) to drop(s).

Hard today: started okey with sun, then it became cold and very windchilly on top; got an ache in the shoulder and couldn't unrestrictedly reach out anymore; also tired, weary, worn; then also my knee gave moderate alert.   Considered abandoning on such conditions, and do some few prop at home under low ceiling with Olympics on, but well .. "anything can happen anytime" and you don't want to give up just like that as long as it's not impossible or badly negligent to go on.   The ache got better and even went away towards end; wind and cold stopped; and somewhat zealous form came back towards end.
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~15 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~5 min.            
9b flashing - ~45 min.   Four times 7 gathers, two of which 8 g in reach. Some good high well-spaced patterns, but never well aligned today.
5b 52567 - ~40 min.   One full fifth side only.   #SoL - went back to thinking it as crescendo ( 52 | 567 | 52 |567 |52 | .. a.s.o., instead "highs over lows": 525 | 67 | 525 | .. a.s.o.), which felt much more fluent, not so staccato, but the necessary emphasis on the 6-es made me drop back to former, or actually a mix of both.
7b casc - ~155 min.   45, [break], 43, 45 cl -- 43 throws runs longer than 40 th. [" -- " = consecutive runs; "cl" = "c cl" = catches clean]   [ dailyLongestRun7b: 45 ]

( notably handicapped by backache - doing kind'a ``isolated torus and pelvis´´ with much smaller scope of reach. among hardest # sessions ever. and risky - cannot recommend! )
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~55 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~5 min.
5b 56752 - ~30 min.   Fourth side.
7b casc - ~150 min.   ,,33 ,,51 ,,,,,39 -- 44 ,,,35 ,,,57 ,,,, throws runs about 30 throws and longer. Plus one, maybe two good uncounted ones. [Commas = timeline; " -- " = consecutive runs]   Managed to ``erase every other thought´´ a couple of times and got these few longer runs.   [ dailyLongestRun7b: 57 ]

5b endure - 110 min.   #inj - Started easy going with shoulder still partly out of order, by necessity getting height mainly from wrists, and doing low swift pattern which is good: more risky, flowy, less correctable, but very relaxed, zony(!) when succeeds.   One only run, 327 (@ 70'), longer than 320 th.

.. - 125 min.   361, 335, 323 throws runs >320.   #inj - Shoulder got better towards end just by moving (cautiously, but) a lot.   [ dailyLongestRun5b: 361 ]   Bad yield once again .. disappointing. Simple, yet paradox point is: you can't try hard, to do easy.

1b fx + rev sh - 10 min   Frontx-->rev shoulder-throw-->frontx-->a.s.o. (catching blind behind back). Guess, got about 6..7..8(?) consecutive catches. Fails mostly on weakhd's rev sh, which matches any weakhd selfthrow being hardest (in any pattern).

5b endure - 95 min.   441 (@ 85') throws only run longer than 320 th.   #inj - Slightly hindering pull inside shoulder --> no reaching out far + fast that arm. Got it wholly cured last time with instantly some gymnastics, stretching, scooping, acupressure, doddering, dangling, oint and shaking, but not today.   [ dailyLongestRun5b: 441 ]
