3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 40 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 10 min. 109 throws wristy 6-high. 277 t 5-high.
9b flashing - 22 min. Three times 7 gathers. #SoL #technique - I have found an orientation for while launching: after the first two low throws, there appears the tunnel for the next ball(s) to either go on throwing through it, when it's wide enough, or else, in case it's `closed´, use the second front plane. This gives me a focus to focus on, while upto now, I did: "get the first four lower balls out of the way somewhat wider to the sides, soas to hammer up the five later ones on good height full automized" ( without any clear focus on a pattern or structure while(!) launching ). So, I can now do: "one--two--tunnel--tunnel--tunnel--a.s.o.". [ I found this late that stint, so stopped soon after that new insight. ]
5b 56752 - 17 min. Long time only a couple each, 6th and 7th sides; then a run into 12th side's throws to collapse. Also, then an 8 sides' run clean.
7b casc - 136 min. 43, 43, 59, 43, 49, 44, 55, 43 throws longest runs. #form - One hard airless-flabby-weak-worn phase in between, that I got over by not using any effort at all (was powered out anyway), doing very low and as nimble as could very short runs without even taking the effort to correct any flaws ( I was near laying two balls away and doing simple cascade or sth with 5b instead ). A while like that gave somewhat better form again to do halfway normal again. - Moments like that take me back down to realize how little I can actually do ``anytime´´, ``in my sleep´´ / when ``running on half-light´´. ( 30+°C, no wind, moskitos, got two times one deep in my bronchs on breathing in, okay form though, good arms, just laboring on nudging back's muscles at lower chest, especially on high throws #form #conditions #anatomy )
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 15 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 5 min.   ~100 throws 5-6-high.
9b flashing - 15 min.   Not over 6 gathers.   Stopped when it got better, but by doing more strenuous.
5b 56752 - 30 min.   An 8 sides to collapse. Rest upto 6 sides clean once.
7b casc - 110 min.   (41, 41, 41), 49 throws longest runs.   [ daily7b II: 49 ]
7b splits - 10 min.   11 and 13 duplex thrown (near breaking PR, that is) to collapse.

3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 48 min. 8 consecutive penguins (which I usually don't do, but at most in 3-count).
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 5 min.
5b 56752 - 65 min. Hardly over 6 sides clean once.
7b casc - 135 min. Upto two times 43, but forced to limit for result. [ short break <10 min. #form - after drinking some, felt much fresher, better form, much better not so weary arms, but can't tell if it was causal or unrelated. ] Last hour got 53, 57 throws longest runs. Rest again 43 and below. Never got pattern's top well controlled, hardly any snapped-in rhythm to settle on. [ daily7b II: 57 ]

3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 50 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 5 min.
5b 56752 - 17 min.   A 7th and an 8th side (to drop).
9b flashing - 40 min.   Six times 7 gathers, one of which 8 g in reach.   14 throws to collapse.   Started with trying to get a controlled, (well-)structured pattern, with motto "not all that high"; later went over to doing "empty the hands" (no matter "nine" or what), rather unleashed.
7b casc - 115 min.   Meager yield 55, 53, 43 throws longest runs.   Partly good phases, felt good, right, but too short or few for two hours' practise.   [ daily7b II: 55 ]
#form - burning shoulders a lot these days, haven't fully figured out whatfrom yet, guess it's from doing too far afront pattern (?) and or too tensed, forcing for result (?).
5b fastest - 13 min.

5b warmup - ~5 min.
7b casc - ~85 min. 43, 35, 35, 35, 43, 39, 39 throws longest runs. #form - Shoulders notably burning (and or sore?) these days (not forearms as one might expect and can't remember ever having had this). Overall form good. [ daily7b II: 43 ]

Hard today: started okey with sun, then it became cold and very windchilly on top; got an ache in the shoulder and couldn't unrestrictedly reach out anymore; also tired, weary, worn; then also my knee gave moderate alert.   Considered abandoning on such conditions, and do some few prop at home under low ceiling with Olympics on, but well .. "anything can happen anytime" and you don't want to give up just like that as long as it's not impossible or badly negligent to go on.   The ache got better and even went away towards end; wind and cold stopped; and somewhat zealous form came back towards end.
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~15 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~5 min.            
9b flashing - ~45 min.   Four times 7 gathers, two of which 8 g in reach. Some good high well-spaced patterns, but never well aligned today.
5b 52567 - ~40 min.   One full fifth side only.   #SoL - went back to thinking it as crescendo ( 52 | 567 | 52 |567 |52 | .. a.s.o., instead "highs over lows": 525 | 67 | 525 | .. a.s.o.), which felt much more fluent, not so staccato, but the necessary emphasis on the 6-es made me drop back to former, or actually a mix of both.
7b casc - ~155 min.   45, [break], 43, 45 cl -- 43 throws runs longer than 40 th. [" -- " = consecutive runs; "cl" = "c cl" = catches clean]   [ dailyLongestRun7b: 45 ]

3c basics - ~5 min 433 doubles. 15, 17, 20 triples.
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~45 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~10 min.
No multiplex today (not so prior).
5b 52567 - ~40 min. Several fourth sides + a lot of nothing.
5b wristy 7-high - ~10 min. Max ~100 throws.
5b fastest - ~10 min.

5b casc varied - ~10 min. More "wristy", but going from easy 5b-height "as high as would go easy". Think, it did indeed go upto 7-high, then.
7b casc - ~95 min. 43, 55, 53 throws runs longer than 40 th. [ dailyLongestRun7b: 55 ]
Mostly worn unfresh #form + moskitoes.

(no gloves sunny weather)
5b warmup - 10 min. cascade, high, wide-narrow, fast. Few attempts of 5b-7772615. to [??? = "gto" = "got" lol .. i'm key's-legasthenic O,o] Got[!] it flashed from cascade + 2-3 throws to breakdown once, and once collected clean (i think right after flash, maybe + 1-2 casc throws).
7b casc - 35 min. Max twice 31 throws towards end, which i'm very satisfied with because first 20' best was only twice 21 throws, and once 19 catches caught clean. #form - Shoulders and elbows felt too slow early in the session!? Anything, in winter's only casual outdoors 7b, keeps the summer seasons 'bridged'. [ dailyLongestRun7b: 31 ]

3tc - 12 min. (tube-clubs)   Long slim plastic tubes ( 1 € each ) used as clubs -> turning point too symmetric, but works for 3c; doubles already problematic .. so not apt for 5c. Maybe modify or discard them. Higher singles were possible and good, easy going.
3b freestyle, misc - 10 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 5 min.   Endured ~120 at 7-height.
5b casc varied - 5 min.   Fastest.
7b casc - 60 min.   Nothing longer than 33 throws only.   [ #form ] Arms, body, felt somewhat stiff, like scooping too slow or not having enough time to scoop well. [ dailyLongestRun7b: 33 ]

7b casc - 110 min.   37, 37(39?), 39(41?), 45 throws.   Soon found into swift speedy launches and patterns. Not accurate enough, though, .. collisions, too lax, forgot to scoop well.   Good unit anyway, pretty good #form ( tripped tip-toes; shaolin-ground-stands for low saves; no aches ((back, achill, shoulder, any)); no burning arms; no worn feet ).  

7b casc - 65 min.   Had to find back into acceptable patterns by stepping back to flashing, but didn't get as fresh as first unit.   Towards end tried with hanging upper arm (how it should be), `without shoulder´ (as far as that's possible, but scooping needs shoulder-action), which gave very low speedy runs .. about a qualify hardly over head-height.
