5b warmup - ~5 min.
7b casc - ~85 min. 43, 35, 35, 35, 43, 39, 39 throws longest runs. #form - Shoulders notably burning (and or sore?) these days (not forearms as one might expect and can't remember ever having had this). Overall form good. [ daily7b II: 43 ]

Hard today: started okey with sun, then it became cold and very windchilly on top; got an ache in the shoulder and couldn't unrestrictedly reach out anymore; also tired, weary, worn; then also my knee gave moderate alert. Considered abandoning on such conditions, and do some few prop at home under low ceiling with Olympics on, but well .. "anything can happen anytime" and you don't want to give up just like that as long as it's not impossible or badly negligent to go on. The ache got better and even went away towards end; wind and cold stopped; and somewhat zealous form came back towards end.
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~15 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~5 min.
9b flashing - ~45 min. Four times 7 gathers, two of which 8 g in reach. Some good high well-spaced patterns, but never well aligned today.
5b 52567 - ~40 min. One full fifth side only. #SoL - went back to thinking it as crescendo ( 52 | 567 | 52 |567 |52 | .. a.s.o., instead "highs over lows": 525 | 67 | 525 | .. a.s.o.), which felt much more fluent, not so staccato, but the necessary emphasis on the 6-es made me drop back to former, or actually a mix of both.

5b 52567 - ~40 min. Several fourth sides + a lot of nothing.
5b wristy 7-high - ~10 min. Max ~100 throws.
5b fastest - ~10 min.
5b casc varied - ~10 min. More "wristy", but going from easy 5b-height "as high as would go easy". Think, it did indeed go upto 7-high, then.

Mostly worn unfresh #form + moskitoes.

5b warmup - 10 min. cascade, high, wide-narrow, fast. Few attempts of 5b-7772615.
to [??? = "gto" = "got" lol .. i'm key's-legasthenic O,o] Got[!] it flashed from cascade + 2-3 throws to breakdown once, and once collected clean (i think right after flash, maybe + 1-2 casc throws).
7b casc - 35 min. Max twice 31 throws towards end, which i'm very satisfied with because first 20' best was only twice 21 throws, and once 19 catches caught clean. #form - Shoulders and elbows felt too slow early in the session!? Anything, in winter's only casual outdoors 7b, keeps the summer seasons 'bridged'. [ dailyLongestRun7b: 31 ]

3tc - 12 min. (tube-clubs) Long slim plastic tubes ( 1 € each ) used as clubs -> turning point too symmetric, but works for 3c; doubles already problematic .. so not apt for 5c. Maybe modify or discard them. Higher singles were possible and good, easy going.
3b freestyle, misc - 10 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 5 min. Endured ~120 at 7-height.
5b casc varied - 5 min. Fastest.
7b casc - 60 min. Nothing longer than 33 throws only. [ #form ] Arms, body, felt somewhat stiff, like scooping too slow or not having enough time to scoop well. [ dailyLongestRun7b: 33 ]

7b casc - 110 min. 37, 37(39?), 39(41?), 45 throws. Soon found into swift speedy launches and patterns. Not accurate enough, though, .. collisions, too lax, forgot to scoop well. Good unit anyway, pretty good #form ( tripped tip-toes; shaolin-ground-stands for low saves; no aches ((back, achill, shoulder, any)); no burning arms; no worn feet ).
7b casc - 65 min. Had to find back into acceptable patterns by stepping back to flashing, but didn't get as fresh as first unit. Towards end tried with hanging upper arm (how it should be), `without shoulder´ (as far as that's possible, but scooping needs shoulder-action), which gave very low speedy runs .. about a qualify hardly over head-height. 7b casc - 100 min. Flabby, exhausted today [ #form ] .. had to keep at it (partly dull, partly `fight´). Best run counted 27 throws, best uncounted maybe 37 th twice or thrice. Mainly flawful patterns (not all), but early collects and low patterns made up for that a bit. [ dailyLongestRun7b: 37 ]

Took 3c into hands did two tries on 423, failed, stopped.
7b casc - 150 min. Took it very easy today, slow, lax picking up drops, allowed almost no effort, early collects on outbreakers need a footstep. Correspondingly got effortless speedy low and very low runs (latter's max ~ one foot over head). Max counted: 43 throws; also one very long run not counted (45? or 53? th). Also one great very constant & easy short run (~25? th). Did some .. 3b inv. box - 5 min amidst the 7b-stint. (Wanted that better than yesterday) Got (,2)(2x,2)(2,3) = throw(4)-throw(2x)-catch(4)-throw(3)-catch(2x) (+ ..-throw(2x) maybe) .. just eliminate 3 and I will have it ;o]) ff. 7b [ dailyLongestRun7b: 43 ] 7b splits - 5 min. 8 catches. 10 throws.
#efficiency #session #form - instructive great session for doing uncompromisingly effortless --> gave great runs, preserved good form.

Doubles: 86 throws; triples: 14 c. 3b freestyle, misc - 40 min. `Invented´ sth. new, did a new move: one column from cascade, catch it reaching over and pulling horizontally to the rightly side, into back to cascade .. must be some "barrage"-move. But haven't got the most natural continuation after pulling yet (instead back to casc). 5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 10 min. Pretty long run 7-high. 5b casc varied - 5 min. Felt like I needed some "fastest" for speedy 7b later. 9b flashing - 25 min. Almost no slipping and no multi-releases. 8 gathers. Got good low attempts, well-aligned, a lot in reach (but e.g. stuck with bad catch). Felt promising. 7b casc - 65 min. #form : few weary; partly average trot; partly good; few very good. Didn't count. Got a few longer runs, mostly short, but good (easy well-timed & -shaped higher or speedy lower) runs. No really long good phase.
3b freestyle, misc - 20 min. 5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 2 min. One run each: Very high. Endure. 7b casc - 75 min. (similar to above, only cooling wind stopped = a bit more airless) [ dailyLongestRun7b: 41 (? blind guess for datachart) ] Didn't explicitly mention yet: Since I started doing 5 heavy balls, my higher 7b patterns have become not wholly, but clearly easier .. so any effort above that can only be wrong, .. so I'm avoiding or trying to avoid any effort by early collects or fighting for speedy launches. Yet - when I have many early fails or don't get into good patterns - I can hardly avoid effort for correcting a lot or launching bad or collecting bad patterns until I manage to `switch´.

5b - 20 min. 255555. 5up+180° fails. Walk with cascade. Little very high. 7b casc - 75 min. Some runs of better kind; one high run 35 throws. More early fails (weary). 5b - 5 min. Splits single bx.
