( -4°C, freezy, nasty wind with villain gusts, sunny. Vinyl gloves + normal gloves over them, and had fatted my hands before (to keep any warmth). Three leggins. Two T-shirts + two shirts + pullover. Three pairs of socks. At first frozen fingertips, feet okay, later fingertips had warmed up, but toes were now frozen O,o .. my metabolism, believe it or not, most obviously no doubt transported the warmth from my toes to my fingertips where I needed it more )
5b casc varied - ~5 min.
7b casc - ~15-20 min? ~12 throws longest run. Too cold: stone hard balls really did pain to my fingertips. Also the freezy wind drove tears to my eyes, impacted on flightcurves, and, with fat clothing, I felt overall inagile anyway. [ daily7b II: 12 ]
.. so, for simply more constant juggling with less dropping, changed to: ..
5b casc varied / div - ~95-100 min. Cascading only at first merged into a bit each of 7b-high, reverse, fast-tennis, "fastest" (as low & fast as would), a few too droppy attempts on 56752, .. what else?, .. lemme think, .. too thick clothing and too frozen fingertips for single backcrosses to succeed, .. I tried 3ups 360° a few times (which I never do), then (what I had always wanted to try:) 1up 540° ! One of the few only fails got me laughing out loud for that up-ball going anywhere and myself doing like 505° or so and losing balance. All the while in between always cascading for a while. .. then the wind left for a longer while and I was entirely warmed up then, but it came back later and my toes froze again, so I started doing while walking lanes back and forth, which went rather well with not sooo many drops (and which worked for warming those toes up again). I gave up when the wind increased and my fingers (in spite of now constantly juggling with few drops) were frozen again.

60' + 75' - 5b rev casc - 77 cl (17'), 71, 72, 77 cl, 84 cl, 86 cl, 73, [1h break here], 73, 93, 89, 87, 78, 73, 71, 75, 78 throws longest runs. [ 5b reverse cascade progress: 93 ]
20' - 5b "easiest" \ endure - 493 (pretty high, a foot abhove head, or so), 299, 549 (lower now), throws longest runs.

Location: indoors low ceiling
Not cold ("fresh" at most, warm even), dead overcast: could turn all around with pattern without getting the sun in the eye; it seems, a cloud-structured sky, as background and orientation for the eye, gives a better balance of the pattern; in turn, doing silhouettes rather than 3-dimensional balls, though (and all the time looking for the darkest background with least counterlight).
5b casc varied - 6 min. high. wristy 7-high + walk back 'n forth a few times without dropping + slowly turn left all around once, then a drop (when changing direction), then slowly turn right all around once. fastest.
7b casc - 95 min. 80*, 51, 51 cl, 65, 59, 51, 53, 51 cl, 55, 49 cl, 59 throws longest runs (above 46 throws). Among strongest yields ever, and also felt like slowly but constantly 'getting there'. [ daily7b II: 80 ]
*80 - one of those runs with bad start, balls going anywhere, and at a given moment (milliseconds) I was ready to give the run up and go to collect, but something (a trained 'instinct' to go on? mindset? will? or just trust in my correcting skills? ..?) made me try to keep it up, and I managed to stabilize into comfortable juggling. 77 catches, i think.
Total practice time: 101 minutes
#conditions near perfect, but later (with 7b) contrasting bright and dark cloudy spots irritated a bit (and did shady ball-silhouettes only). A constant light rain wasn't powerful enough to moisten anything before the light wind had dried it already, so it was a welcome natural cooling for especially my forearms and shoulders.
5b casc varied - 3 min. 9-b-high. wristy 7-high.
9b flashing - 58 min. After an early 8 gathers, then 9 c in reach, I somewhat lost connection; noticed delays, even slips, of stronghand's ringfinger ball, so then focussed on holding that one tight enough which got me the next 8 g. After that, focussing back on good, well-aimed and well timed first two throws, thus increasing the chance for launches all of a piece, did a good rest of stint. #focus
Six(!) times 8 g. One 9 c in reach. A few 10, then 11, 15, 12 throws' launches.
The 9 c in reach launch in detail: I stopped the 7th ball to be caught, ahead with extended arm, caught the eighth. The ninth ball came falling down near me and I had to reach back near with that hand before I could fully grip the 7th ball so lost that one (= 8 g).
7b casc - 146 min. (41), 67, (43 unreasonable, dropbound), 43, 61(? 65?), 48, 43, 51 throws longest runs. [ daily7b II: 67 ]

Conditions near perfect.
9b flashing - 15 min. Three times 7 gathers. Short stint, meant mainly as preparation for 7b, which gave a slightly different (more sophisticated) mindset: do what I can and see what I get and focus rather on accurracy (not really "going for it" a lot).
7b casc - 96 min. After a while without any notable long runs (didn't have any 9b-effect today), got a 51 throws' run, right before that, I had tried to - at about 27 t - pull a pattern down, that went well, but was a bit too high, but went into collapse. So, after that 51 t run, did a few exercises [*see below]. 51, [*], 53, 43, 57 cl throws longest runs. [ daily7b II: 57 ]

7b casc varied - ~12 min. the exercises were:
pulse high \\ low - higher and higher, then try to pull the pattern back down again (which is hard) - after a few fails, got a pattern back down, and one also even pulsing down and back up again into collapse.
pulse wide \\ narrow - didn't ever get there: at first started with very narrow patterns and maybe managed into wide + collapse. Also right into wide went to collapse. Then tried from normal width intending to go into narrow first and got collisons. Never got the chance to get from wide back to narrow again.
turn against drift - against my usual drift into weakhandside, that is. Got it np on second attempt a 90+° turn into stronghandside.
I really should do more of the kind, as not being able to narrow a too wide pattern at all seems really a major handicap, and getting that down could maybe make a notable overall improvement. And I really also should be able to pull patterns down without having to exercise it first.
Too short. I have to face it: Am on bad terms with discipline, perseverance, unconditionality. I do have unbroken motivation, zeal, eagerness and greediness while doing, though. It's just often a little quarrel to overcome a (current) backache, a kneeache, or whatever body nudging, even those will vanish when juggling (moving). Should be doing two hours more than average 4h, instead of 2h less. Hope to get this fixed as long as it's fall with good outdoor conditions.

1hd 3b 200gr - 020 - 10 min. Starting from 2 hd 333..23020..a.s.o.. Didn't get more than two -throws, in spite my thumb giving it all to space the stack well; I might remember this next time warming up on MMX (not hard, heavy ones) and try with those. It's really very low priority, but seems easy and would be nice to `have´ as gimmick in front of an audience when really mainly busy with scratching my nose.
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 25 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 15 min. Some wristy 6-high. 259 throws 5-high.
5b 56752 - 20 min. One 10 sides' run to drop.
#conditions - got violently chased off the meadow at this point by the meadows' huge, enraged, most seemingly drunk hay-farmer ( he's not even the owner - it's public common property ) for "trampling the grass down" which is true, but man at work of course leaves trails and traces and it's my "Place To Survive".
It's not the first time people have complained about my little `arenas´ amidst the meadows.
Drove to the concrete area where there's less moskitos anyway, than on the meadows, to do what was left of today's session on my ``king's discipline´´:
7b casc - 80 min. One longer uncounted run around 40 throws. [ daily7b II: 39 ]
5b fastest - 10 min. Near 40 throws' runs, but not all that low and fast (about upto eye-height iirc).
Total practice time: 160 minutes
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 43 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 7 min. ~60 throws wristy 6-high. ~150 th 5-high.
5b 56752 - 22 min. Upto one 9 sides' full caught run.
[ longer break, 30' ]
7b casc - 78 min. 46, 45, 43, 55 cl, 43 throws longest runs. Had that cascady feeling again, focussing and orienting on pattern's top. [ daily7b II: 55 ]
[ #conditions - together with driving, break, fighting moskitos, watering myself and clothes, changing spot twice, I was actually out 5 hours, only not even half of which was really actual juggling practice. ]

3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 22 min. Behind back can't seem to get them in a fast count, only 5-count at most, let alone consecutives (impossible so far). "Fastest".
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 3 min. 160 throws wristy 6-high, also smooth, rather untensed. (i think, this is important for enduring 7b cascade, .. i will later think: "Keep going just like with these"). 239 throws comfortable 5-high.
9b flashing - 35 min. Three times 7 gathers. Two times 8 g in reach. Also some good upto 3 rethrows again. Something really seemed possible today. #SoL #mentec - hard to explain, but i think, it works best to sort of visualize the pattern running on height right before launching ( instead trying rhythms and heights for each pair (stronghand throwing, weakhand following) of balls launched, and instead of working on tuning, calibrating and coordinating a lot on merely the launch itself ), or just imagine and visualize a good height, then orientate on that `result´ of the launch when launching, sort of anticipating all balls up and intending to focus on feeding the top. Maybe this goes with focussing more on the later throws sort of `fulfilling´ that intention. (if all that makes sense). #conditions - the meadow was just a tiny bit moist making the balls only slightly sticky (not too much) - which was bad for fast stuff with few balls before - but now it prevented unwanted double-multi-releses and was now also good for catching with much fewer slips and better grip. ( I was prepared to skip my 5b s'swap stint for those very good 9b conditions and good form that i also had, but rain came, so left it at that. )
5b 56752 - 32 min. [under bridge, now] A few 8th sides. Two 9th sides. Best clean was 7 sides. #SoL - I don't need so much focus on emphasizing the 6-es anymore, so i shift between those and not delaying the sidechange-5 (or actually focus on both those throws' turn). I'm that way also getting a 5675 | 2 rhythm again (not that "two high throws over two low throws"-stuff 525 | 67 or what else i had there before), which works good and feels fluent once i found into pattern. Also those 2-s now indeed feel like a "pause" (not like some unclear uncontrolled necessity of the s'swap that needs built in somehow without a good feeling for its timing).
7b casc - 142 min. 61 (60 c), 49, 75 cl (or 76 cl? wonderful smooth run, no real fighting needed), 59 cl, [short break], (nothing after break), throws longest runs. wow! what a yield .. weather was almost chilly unless you moved which i did, so great temperatures for juggling. #otu - A few attempts on reverse cascade in between: no chance doing reverse right after launch throws, but then did one try with one period of regular cascade after launch and only then switch into reverse which went much better (6 gathers); so, that's the plan, and looking foreward to casually trying this again and getting a round or two clean. [ daily7b II: 75 ]
5b fastest - 5 min.

9b flashing - 15 min. Not over 6 gathers. Stopped when it got better, but by doing more strenuous.
5b 56752 - 30 min. An 8 sides to collapse. Rest upto 6 sides clean once.
7b casc - 110 min. (41, 41, 41), 49 throws longest runs. [ daily7b II: 49 ]
7b splits - 10 min. 11 and 13 duplex thrown (near breaking PR, that is) to collapse.
