# 5 ball tricks, 5prop mix, #otu, #collateral, 5 balls, 3 clubs basics, 185 minutes

35' - 5b "easiest" \ endure - 499, 581, 513, 711 throws longest runs.

10' - 3c - (tinyclubs, made a third one yesterday)   Simply doubles', singles' cascade. Harder than expected for being difficult to control the spin when it's more than one.

37' - mixed props, 4b1c - Upto 7 tinyclub orbits' runs.
          [ n.t.s.: 5 tbd½, 5 tcl, 7 tod½, 6 tod, 6 tbd, 6 V, 65 V, ]

100' - 5b rev casc - 41, 40, 57 cl, 47, ~69, 51, 57, 45, 44, 43, 55, 43, 43, 54, 47, 43, 57 throws longest runs.

3' - mixed props, 4b + 1 large ball Ø 10.5 cm - 11 orbits of it first time tying this. [#otu; a bit of ``#collateral´´ too i guess, 'cos this wouldn't be as obvious when coming from 5b cascade only]

# 5 ball tricks, #collateral, #efficiency, 75 minutes

40' - 5b single bx - 4 bx per run to collect but 1 drop. 3/r to clean collect. 6/r (! best ever) to a clean
              collect.
(#collat., #eff.) - It occurred to me, that in contrast to doing consecutive bx-es, I am
by doing single ones also exercising that transition from and to cascade much more in
              compare.
35' - 5b rev casc - Caught clean: twice 15, once, 17, and one peak run 25 (! at last, after several days not
getting a long run). Max thrown to drop(s) was 21.

# 5 ball tricks, #collateral, 50 minutes

35' - 5b single bx - Upto 4 bx per run once, i think. A few 3/r.
10' - 5b fast-tennis - max fifth rev to clean collect.
5'  - 5b rev casc - awkward. Got upto two periods from regular cascade or normal launch.  #collateral - This could turn out helpful for even numbers rev fountains (also thrown to middle alternatingly).

# 7 balls, 3 clubs basics, 3 heavy balls, 5 heavy balls, 9 balls flashing, 5 ball tricks, 5 balls, #technique, #collateral, 250 minutes

3c basics - ~5 min   120 doubles. 20 triples, but bad. Quads bad.
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~30 min.   # tech - Queer interdependence: rolling the balls from fingers works best (low spread for outbreakers, unlike 5b let alone 7b) with 3b, thereby is an exercise for 9b (! 3b good for "nine" balls), where it will get very useful, I'm sure (while it's not necessarily needed for 7b) !?
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~20 min.   7-upto-9-high.
9b flashing - ~35 min.   Four times 7 gathers, once of which 8 g in reach. But all in a short good phase of 5-10 mins.
5b 56752 - ~30 min.   One fourth `side´ to breakdown. Once 11 catches clean. Still falling back into the wrong melody emphasizing a long 7 (instead the second 5 as I need to), but realize it early now.
5b casc fastest - ~5 min.   Slowly and steadily improving.
7b casc - ~125 min.   ,,53 ,,45 ,,,51 ,,,,48 ,[X] ,,41 ,,55 ,41 -- 43 ,,,51 -- 47 ,,,,,,41 , throws runs longer than 40 th. [Commas = timeline; " -- " = consecutive runs; [X] = break]         [ dailyLongestRun7b: 55 ]

# 7 balls, 9 balls flashing, 5 heavy balls, 5 balls, 3 heavy balls, 3 clubs basics, 3 clubs tricks, #collateral, 190 minutes

(gorgeous t-shirt weather)
3c basics, tricks - ~15 min   Doubles: 43, 42, 93, 158 throws. Getting some time to focus on not tripping away.
  Triples: 13, 13, 16.
441: (4414 actually) twice one period (from casc) to ugly collect, once nice back to few cascade throws (..33333441423333..). Having trouble with throwing the 4-s soas they land to catch them well (tried inside and outside, angle, stuff).
34530 not so good: spins okay; but pattern torn apart into bad reach.
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~20-25 min.   #collateral ? - Surprised myself with a clawed foreward windmill (90° pattern, vertical front plane towards shoulder-line) - had rarely tried this (and only to state it would need own stint), a cool one, i always wanted. Now it simply happened and I could go lower and faster within a few runs. Must have sth to do with clawing a lot, but that's not new, did before too. First time with heavy balls .. maybe that.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~5-10 min.
9b flashing - ~30 min. (long time not done this)   Much harder than I hoped, as i felt top fit: max 7 gathers.
5b casc varied - ~5-10 min.
7b casc - ~105 min.   ,39,,,41--43,43,,,39,~43 (uncounted),59,,, throws runs longer than 38 th. [Commas = timeline; "--" = consecutive runs] *59: only one peak run, but felt very rewarding. Also the rest with parly good control.   [ dailyLongestRun7b: 59 ]

# 7 balls, 5 balls, 5 ball tricks, 3 heavy balls, #StagesOfLearning, #collateral, 215 minutes

3b freestyle, misc - 15 min.5b casc varied - 30 min.   Some 7-high endure: max 213 throws. A bit b-high: 12 catches clean (from increasing cascade) lol.   A lot 9-high; wanted to double my max ~40-50 throws to what 70 or 100 catches I want with 7b, but got only two max runs of >=40 and didn't wanna exhaust on it.   5b tricks - 20 min.   5b all up 180° : (from running cascade) got five times 4 catches and was about to give up after third time. But it was so close and the fifth time was "almost" with had the fifth ball, but slipped off after half caught. After some more fails and again wanting to adjourn that as it wouldn't succeed, I instead decided to WANT that flash done knowing I could get it after such close tries. Got it shortly afterwards. [ #collateral ]. #StagesOfLearning : First throwing way too high, balls going anywhere. Counted beats on single ball throw for timing five throws until 180° catch to find the apt height. --> Next - with right timing now - found always second throw (weakhand) failing and switched that off. --> Now found the flash in its whole landing too wide, so threw it more narrow which made one or other collision until I finally got it. [record that one].   7b casc - 70 min.   41 throws counted run.

3b freestyle, misc - 5 min.7b casc - 75 min.   Another 41 throws run.
Had better, but: good phase with ~ 30 th runs = good session.   [ dailyLongestRun7b: 41 ]

# 7 balls, 5 balls, 3 heavy balls, 5 ball tricks, #otu, #collateral, 235 minutes

3b freestyle, misc - 20 min.   #otu (other than usual): Tried to isolate 3b casc by walking around it - walking right ok (yet ugly) until >90°, walk left bulky & failed (other right strong hand ahead, weak left hand near). [If anyone got a link of s.o. doing this, I'd very much appreciate a link to watch it, thk!]  5b casc varied - 30 min.   Endure 7-high: 209 throws. Some 9-, b-, d(?)- high.   Bit "fastest".   Tried  5 up 180°,  3 catches.   7b casc - 50 min.   Like yesterday more lower runs after very fast launch. Going high, forcing some, only with good runs - else early collect or let drop.   Best counted: 43 throws. Good phases with some ~ >=30 th.

5b casc varied, tricks - 15 min.   5 up 180°,  4 catches (almost got 'em all. Have hardly practised that with 3b, only casually tried it, not even very successful andor awkward). I count casc throws in sets of five and before "One" falls on strong hand, am prepared to do five (emphazised) high throws above me, at the same beat. [ #collateral : this `trick´ will fall like ripe fruit all by itself soon or late from practising 5b high to highest a lot ].   Some b- and d-high (8 catches).   7b casc - 120 min.   Similar as 1.-st unit.   Drifted into high & forced and `switched´ back to fast launching to lower easier pattern.   Partly a good bunch early fails.   Finding `tunnels´, getting a look at the `right´ pattern and getting a lot of opportunities to struggle for and gain some control, getting used to what all can go wrong or flawful patterns happen (halfshower, too wide, drift, ..), which all I'm happy for something to work with and act and react on running pattern, that gets me ahead.   Many runs - been they short or long, low or high - felt good, sort 'a `partly mastered´ :o] so, .. still very confident.
