3' 5b warmup.
5b 52567 - 12 min. No great yield (4th and 5th sides), but okay for short stint and it felt okay.
8b wimpy - 20 min. #SoL, #technique, #otu, #efficiency - remembered I did too narrow last time, so wanted to use width better; on that behalf, other than usual, did the first pair of throws to collect for calibration once or twice to make sure I wouldn't be throwing ``somewhere up somehow´´, which was very helpful!? 10 catches clean, awkard last 2 catches with several contacts tilting them up before catching them arm to body, new #PR, and confirmed soon after. Further 8 c cl twice, 9 gathers, 12 throws.
7b casc - 115 min. 41, 51, 41, 53, 47 throws longest runs. [ daily7b II: 53 ] 4 gathers on an impulsive 7 up 180° - maybe not impossible.
5b fastest - 10 min.
#conditions - partly in the rain, made balls slip when wet or stick to hands when slightly moist.
Total practice time: 160 minutes
Location: concrete area among fields
Now that its notably warmer outdoors, I can definitely say that my MMX1 have become much softer again after, during winter in the cold, they were feeling almost like the hard Babache's Bubble Balls that I used to juggle with. - #ballproperties
5b warmup, casc varied, shower - 5 min. A few attempts on shower again; got a flash at last by throwing all up as fast as I could to a spot high up there, but not too high in order to not need much longer dwelltime and effort for little gain of even more height. [ #theory ? #``optimal perfect throw´´ ? ]
7b casc - 100 min. An hour not over 39 throws, many 35 th.
#SoL #technique - I tuned on my launch, which I regularly get problems with all of a sudden, and today found out, that I sometimes tend to not scoop the first throws, not throw from rather the middle. Focussing on that, I then got too narrow patterns in turn.
No idea, how I got out of that puzzle, but then finally found nimbleness, speediness, smoothness, found automized good launches again, found my pattern with focus well connected to its rolling top, and got acceptable runs (in matters of result & feel for pattern's top) with 43, 41, 51, 41 cl, 45 throws. [ daily7b II: 51 ]
In between got a quadruplex backcross -+- triplex (front) from launch to clean collect.
5b "fastest" - 10 min.
Total practice time: 115 minutes
3c basics - ~5 min 153 doubles. Triples bad, max 15 throws. Quads bad.
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~30 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~10 min.
5b "fastest" - ~5 min.
9b flashing - ~30 min. (MMX) Max 7 gathers.
5b 56752 - ~30 min. Two times upto throwing into fourth `side´ (for the first time, at last). About 14 catches. Many third sides (11 throws).
7b casc - ~170 min. Did ten minutes with too soft 40-50g (my indoor-) leather beanbags: harder to control, bad at accurate release, but once I got them controlled, there might be a lot of potential in lightweight balls (but not these) for numbers!? ,,41 ,,55 ,46 ,43 ,57 ,,49 ,,,,48 -- [X] ,,,,,43 ,,41 -- 43 cl ,44 ,,41 ,43 cl ,45 ,41 , throws runs longer than 40 th. [Commas = timeline; " -- " = consecutive runs; "cl" = "c cl" = catches clean; [X] = break] [ dailyLongestRun7b: 57 ]
.. in between after break 5' 5b div warmup (fastest, 9-high, 56752).
Total practice time: 285 minutes
3c basics - ~5 min 50, 227 doubles. 22 triples. 5 quadruples.
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~10 min. Long not done 524RO13.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~10 min. 7-high. Wristy 5-high.
5b 56752 - ~10 min. Several 3.rd `sides´, once 11 catches in reach. Always a two stage practise: at first I do concentrated and fix errors until i think, i halfway got the pattern and some third side thrown; then i do speedy without thinking, just following the melody, thereby also checking how far it's automized, and this will also do a better and more flowy timing if the throws come well.
9b flashing - ~20 min. (MMX) Felt great to see 9 balls up there again. Took a while, then got 6 gathers several times. One very good launch with 9 c in reach .. could see them all coming well-spaced and well-aligned, but I'm not used to catching the bigger balls at that speed, beat and momentum; and the MMX aren't as drop-dead in the hand at collect as my small 55mm leather beanbags are, but a bit bouncy onto one another. But I don't really want to go back to the small ones 'cos they have other problems (unequal; slippery; lose rice). Guess, I'll have to not collect, but go on throwing ;o])
7b casc - ~185 min. ,,,,53 ,,,,63 cl ,,,,,,]X[ ,53 ,41* ,,,,,,59 ,51 -- 50 ,, throws runs longer than 40 th. [Commas = timeline; " -- " = consecutive runs; "cl" = "c cl" = catches clean; X = short break] *41 - turned into rev cascade for last ~1½ periods, that one. A lot 35+ runs - looks like my `strange attractor´ has risen from 29-33 to 35+. [ dailyLongestRun7b: 63 ] <-- # chartread - clearly my highest practising level ever, now. Was still unsure about my average having risen for good in March-April for it maybe being peak runs on consecutive good days only, but my feeling of having improved and still improving also shows now.
Total practice time: 240 minutes
Unfilled my MMX .. took over two hours. Had to take about half their filling out to get 110g --> 80g, which makes them `russian´, i guess, but didn't notice any russian effect while juggling them. And they didn't get very much softer by that, but just right (the air inside acts as filling and keeps squishiness of the shell as is). - Found, they keep underpressure when closing while pressing them (no air gets in and makes it round again it stays deformed squeezed). But you can't make them softer like that, cos' there'll just be hollows in it.
5b casc varied - ~30 min. Usual. And ~40 throws in fastest mode. Focus on aiming the height (for the first time), while usually, upto now, I've been ever only focussing on hands and fingers movement meeting the beat. Had time to anticipate and correct. Rough estimation: 7 throws per second.
7b casc - ~150 min. (MMX, 80g) The lighter MMX went so fine, easy and natural, I got a bit disappointed for not(!?) getting a new PR after a while. Had fails only on too wide throws or pattern drifting into too wide, on collisions, not on slips, which looked like I would mainly be working on accurracy of a great pattern by merely reacting on what I see in the air (not thinking and analyzing, spotting errors and stuff). But lost that pattern by doing too far ahead (didn't notice) + thereby with more effort, unfresh + thereby aiming bad throwing anywhere, all in all getting into bad form. Almost found back to good pattern towards end.
,,, 45,,, 39, 40,, 41 -- 45,,, 42, 45,,,,, 40 -- 44 throws runs longer than 38 th. [Commas = timeline; "--" = consecutive runs] [ dailyLongestRun7b: 45 ]

Got my new MMX. They're what i long ago once held in hands and ever since wanted, but thought it were DX all the time and hoped these were what I'd get when I ordered Bubbles that were supposed to be similar to DX.
The hardest MMX is a good bit softer, squishier than my softest, squishiest Bubble Ball. The MMX are near perfect, they just have a bit of a slippy surface. They came with two slightly harder balls and one slightly softer ball, but i think that can be tuned by unplugging and leaving air out (refill resp.). They roll away after dropping even on grassland. They're just a bit too heavy for my taste, but I'll keep testing them like that for a few days having an eye on lower faster patterns before I unfill them some, and because that little more weight (80g Bubbles vs ~110-115g MMX) indeed seems to aim somewhat better. Fast bail-out throws with outstretched arm might be a problem when too heavy (explosive effort needed where wrist mainly or with small movement whip effect won't get on height).
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~15 min.
3c basics - ~10 min (casc) Doubles: 87, 102 throws. Triples bad.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~10 min.
5b casc varied - ~15 min. (MMX)
5b all up 180° - ~10 min. Once got it - ugly back to few cascade throws.
7b casc - ~145 min. (MMX) ,, ~40 -- 41,,,,,, ~40+ throws runs longer than 38 th. [Commas = timeline; "--" = consecutive runs] Quarreled with higher weight a bit. There were moments, though, when with a good pattern (well near body) it felt easy as usual very good runs. [ dailyLongestRun7b: 41 ]

5b endure - 150 min. With underfilled sacky beanbags, felt good for a change, but switched to cut-in tennisballs last hour: I believe underfilled and sacky consumes thrust. And the filling moving while braking the balls when catching, or else having to get under the mass-center well with the fingers each catch anew, prolongs the necessary dwell-time, while a harder ball grants more direct contact. (One catch did curl around my finger to a drop.) 510, (@ 50'), 547 (@ 60'), 467, 80'tb, 435, 369, 379, 427 throws runs longer than 320 th. [ dailyLongestRun5b: 547 ]
5b half-tennis - 20 min. ( or: "fast tennis" [JWikia] ) (underfilled beanbags again) = rev-normal-normal-a.s.o. Went good: got upto 30 throws once, twice round 24. (PB, i think)
5b double reachovers - 10 min.
Unfresh, worn form.
