# 7 balls, 5 ball tricks, 3 heavy balls, 9 balls flashing, 7 balls splits, 5 heavy balls, #conditions, #form, #anatomy, 185 minutes

( 30+°C, no wind, moskitos, got two times one deep in my bronchs on breathing in, okay form though, good arms, just laboring on nudging back's muscles at lower chest, especially on high throws #form #conditions #anatomy )
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 15 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 5 min.   ~100 throws 5-6-high.
9b flashing - 15 min.   Not over 6 gathers.   Stopped when it got better, but by doing more strenuous.
5b 56752 - 30 min.   An 8 sides to collapse. Rest upto 6 sides clean once.
7b casc - 110 min.   (41, 41, 41), 49 throws longest runs.   [ daily7b II: 49 ]
7b splits - 10 min.   11 and 13 duplex thrown (near breaking PR, that is) to collapse.

t-shirt weather, good session
5b casc varied - 15 min. incl. a few bad attempts on 5b shower; and lately always been doing a bit "fastest", too.
5b 52567 - 20 min. Last run was best run with 6 sides clean collected.
7b casc - 105 min. 52, 53, 43, 41, 43, 43, 63, 51, 41 cl, throws longest runs. [ daily7b II: 63 ]
.. a slight ache had come up in mee back's muscles on stronghand side at height of chest below shoulderblade [*], so preferred to finish the session with some ..
5b fastest - 10 min.
[*] - by all the muscles getting their 'turn' to ache, I'm over the years learning what they're used for .. this region at the back is for higher forced throws from arm too far in front :o| #anatomy, this is particularly interesting for non arm or shoulder muscles also involved in throwing.

5b warmup, casc varied - ~5 min.   #anatomy - Ripped a fibre \ small bundle in my upper right wade when jumping up for a very high throw. I seem to have been lucky that it seems to have been a muscle used for jumping very high mainly with utterly stretched leg, so I since got along just hobbling some, now. Still, surely a question of weeks to heal unto full leg movement, walking, stance.
5b 52567 - ~15 min.   Into 6th side. Two times into 5th side. Two 4 sides clean collected.
7b casc - ~90 min.   37, 39, 35[*], 43 throws longest runs.   [ daily7b II: 43 ]
      [*] 35 th - this was best run .. smooth, low, snapped in right from launch, then rolled like by itself.

#conditions - Oh, .. forgot:   used vinyl gloves against chilly temperatures - worked great, almost like barehanded.
