5b casc varied - 17 min. Warmup. High. Pulse fro to high & narrow \\ wide & low. ( I should not try to do very narrow and not very wide, but pulse right back when getting any near to losing the kept going pattern! )
5b 56752 - 40 min. A 9th side. Then a 12 sides run to collapse. Aaand 55 catches clean (=almost 14 sides), among my longest runs of this ever, indeed confirming last #PR.
7b casc - 145 min. 47 cl, 44, 55, 43, 47, 47, [short snack and sit break, 8'], 45 throws longest runs. [ daily7b II: 55 ]
