7 balls, #structuredPractise, 3 heavy balls, 9 balls flashing, 5 heavy balls, 178 minutes

3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 25 min.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 5 min.   Short 7-high runs - too high for ``wristy´´ but doing with arms rowing a lot.
9b flashing - 18 min.   Two times 7 gathers, the early first of which an 8 g -almost  ( bumped off out of reach from full catchhand, which means a) the ball came too low, b) I didn't make it to where it landed fast enough with catchhand and didn't have time to get under it with the gap of my outstretched index, which in turn also means: too great spread between the balls landing. - Short: still unclean, which means, I can get 8 gathers even with an unclean launch ;o] ).
7b casc - 130 min.   One only 54 throws early long run; the rest below upto 42 t.
There is no same everyday procedure, no same scheme, no same course for my 7b stints:
.. sometimes it's fresh juggling with gorgeous feel and patterns early in the stint, right from the beginning and then I slowly by slowly lose that swift ado when trying to keep it, to stay on that level and to get (more) longer runs, until it becomes tensed; I will then notice and go back to trying to do (short runs) accurate instead forcing a lot and, e.g. by varying and doing differently ( different pattern-shapes, different posture, different technique, different speeds & hights, .. ), then work or else bluntly fight myself back into acceptable runs towards end of stint (often without wholly finding back into that initial skill); ..
.. sometimes it takes an hour or more to even find into swift juggling, good patterns and acceptable runs; I might then get or get not a long good phase and get into real good practise; ..
.. sometimes there's those deplorable phases where I fail even on launching, that aren't even near "juggling".
Conditions (weather, kind of juggling spot or location, people around, moskitos, light, background contrasts, ..), physical form, concentration, all flow into the juggling (at my limit) turning out good or not.
#structuredPractise - Right now while typing, I remember my idea to make all those variations an extra schedule within a stint (own 7b-``disciplines´´); like start with short controlled low runs, then high patterns for accurracy, then go for it, then - in case the latter went well - either stay there as long as it does, or also opt for 7b-tricks, simple extra throws, attempts on °9955°, °975°, °27[75]°, °977777707[75]°, °57777[97]70°, rev, a single bx(!?), a column into reachover-catchthrow(!?), then focus on launching right into the snapped-in pattern full in the right rhythm an' all (difficult), then do as "fastest", lowest runs as would go, then start over again ( with short controlled runs a.s.o. ). Also walking, turning with the pattern. An extra stint within the stint could also be, to go through all possible focusses   ( crossing point, hand's movement, angels at release, front plane, aim the landing spot (where the other hand is, instead up into a space in the top), posture, relaxed shoulders, upper arms, .. ),   even if that means to neglect the main focusses, necessary to get a good pattern up, which, for me, are  a) a hearty launch (not too low first four balls),  b) (already at launch) be prepared to do speedy, nimble, wristy,  c) keep or pull the pattern, its front plane near me,  d) focus on pattern's top or the `floating´ top 3 ball cascade. I might use a few minutes on playing with the front planes: throw from slightly ahead back slightly towards myself and vice versa, which sometimes happens in very good, very well controlled runs when I need `tunnels´ (in between what's in the air). - But all this sounds good but is easier said than done when in a bad phase and not getting it at all anyway. It wouldn't make a stint longer, just structured, though. I just have to remember that schedule within a stint .. "start with short controlled runs" .. yeah, I can remember that :o)
Thank you for being so readative! :o])
