5b 56752 - 5 min. .. even with a mini-stint, I'm still giving myself the chance to get a long run, PR maybe. But didn't get over 4 sides clean and into 5th side to collapse.
7b casc - 110 min. 49 cl, 49, 43, 47, 51, 47 cl, 43, 55, 45, 43 throws longest runs. [ daily7b II: 55 ]
