7 balls, 5 ball tricks, #StagesOfLearning, 3 heavy balls, #new, #otu, 7 balls splits, 8 balls triplex, 3 clubs basics, 3 clubs tricks, 5 heavy balls, 440 minutes
3c basics - ~5 min 271 doubles. 20+ triples. Quads bad, like 3-4 reasonable throws.
3c (1c 2c) tricks - ~10 min Single bx, bad. #otu - Single flat fronts, got most, partly back to cascade, but awkward catching .. tried bottleneck-catch (1c 2c), but unused also. Flats = horror. Settled at last in some 34530 (single double triple), where I got single rounds back to cascade, and like two sides thrown per run (with back to casc in between) to collect.
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~60 min. Behind backs aren't as I want them fluent in a 3-, not even 5-count at least. Am not getting my intuitive(?) autistic(?) routine(?) freestyle without drops for longer runs, or else: without trying a more difficult extra throw (e.g. single contorsionist or bb) soon in a run. #new - Found a nice way of doing my 3-count clawed reachovers, though, by doing them as column in the middle (hands then alternately claw-throwing there). #otu - A low Statue Of Liberty (shower to a hand at height of pattern) also went well (pretty trivial, done so low, maybe).
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~5 min. Didn't feel like stressing mee arms with this today.
I knew there was a lot of time today, so for the multiplex, I wanted to push a new PB on any (hopefully "every") of them by like ``doing until´´ ..
5b splits bx - ~70 min. 12 c cl and 10 c cl.
7b splits - ~60 min. 18 c cl and two times 14 c cl.
8b [567][22]2 - ~40 min. Upto 6 throws.
So, no new PB alas, but got into the feel of each with good runs.
5b 52567 - ~50 min. Upto seventh side, i think, but nothing `big´ to a countable collect. Many early fails, and going back to flashing one, two sides every once in a while. #SoL - new aspect: thinking of the 67-s as ``high pairs´´ above low 5-s [edit, 1d:] That is then doing and shifting focus on "crescendo" only after that 5 .. like 525 | 67 | 525 | 67 | ... not 52 | 567 | .. or 2 |5675 | .. or sth. [end edit] But getting all throws (especially the 6-es and a long hold) well to the right melody, and in a narrow pattern, remains crucial for good runs.
7b casc - ~140 min. 47 cl, 43 cl, 50 throws runs longer than 40 th. [ dailyLongestRun7b: 50 ] (worn feet, had to `fight´ for fresh runs)
