7 balls, 5 heavy balls, 5 balls, 5 ball tricks, 3 heavy balls, 3 clubs basics, #ballproperties, 205 minutes
Got my new MMX. They're what i long ago once held in hands and ever since wanted, but thought it were DX all the time and hoped these were what I'd get when I ordered Bubbles that were supposed to be similar to DX.
The hardest MMX is a good bit softer, squishier than my softest, squishiest Bubble Ball. The MMX are near perfect, they just have a bit of a slippy surface. They came with two slightly harder balls and one slightly softer ball, but i think that can be tuned by unplugging and leaving air out (refill resp.). They roll away after dropping even on grassland. They're just a bit too heavy for my taste, but I'll keep testing them like that for a few days having an eye on lower faster patterns before I unfill them some, and because that little more weight (80g Bubbles vs ~110-115g MMX) indeed seems to aim somewhat better. Fast bail-out throws with outstretched arm might be a problem when too heavy (explosive effort needed where wrist mainly or with small movement whip effect won't get on height).
3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - ~15 min.
3c basics - ~10 min (casc) Doubles: 87, 102 throws. Triples bad.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - ~10 min.
5b casc varied - ~15 min. (MMX)
5b all up 180° - ~10 min. Once got it - ugly back to few cascade throws.
7b casc - ~145 min. (MMX) ,, ~40 -- 41,,,,,, ~40+ throws runs longer than 38 th. [Commas = timeline; "--" = consecutive runs] Quarreled with higher weight a bit. There were moments, though, when with a good pattern (well near body) it felt easy as usual very good runs. [ dailyLongestRun7b: 41 ]
