5b - siteswaps and cascade
6b - 75, async/sync transitions, 777771, 7777716 started to feel pretty good
7b - a few short runs, one good one (5 minutes)

4c - I ran 5551 (5 is triple) for 16 throws on both sides. 55514 feels even better. All back into fountain.
5c - felt great. Ran to collect, not going off mat.
