Pretty average session. #7b has been frustrating since I changed release form, but I'm hoping it'll be back to normal by the end of the week. I'd been using Steven Ragatz's method for the last ~8-9 years for 3b in one hand, and have decided to switch to the more typical method (making the first throw from the middle-finger ball).
