peterbone - Thanks 7b_wizard. Yes, it's basically resistance training to increase speed and strength for numbers juggling. A good way to get stronger in a short amount of time.
peterbone - Also, I'm not juggling the wrist weights. I'm juggling normal balls while wearing the wrist weights.
