7 balls, 3 heavy balls, 6 balls triplex, 265 minutes
3b freestyle, misc - 30 min. (200 gr) [other than usual[°]:] Consecutive Under The Arms (="uta"). [°] "usual: My hands 'may do what they want' so to say .. mostly single throws: reachovers, claws, xhand, penguins, columns, racketing, .. less: bx, bb, uta, behind neck, back of hand, splits, ellrollers back-backarm-forth, .. rarely: behind other hip under other arm (contorsionist), shoulder throw, .. all as they fit that precise moment and into the constellation. 7b casc - 100 min. Try "aiming well with very loose flapping wrists". Can't help falling into forcing too much to keep promising runs up. Good form. Had a good phase 10(?)-15(?)-20(?) min with consecutive longer runs. Had some (illusive?) "think_I_got_it_now" feeling runs, yet nothing palpable but the feeling of improving on faster-lower and effortless pattern. Max maybe ~ >=40 throws (time and catches done vary a lot with doing different heights + different techniques / dwell-times, so a seemingly 'long' run can heve fewer catches than a shorter fast-low run).
3b freestyle, misc - 30 min (200 gr) 7b casc - 90 min. Worn unit, mere work, fresh-up wouldn't work or last long. Still some acceptable runs. 6b triplex - 12 min. Tried [567][22]2 but working on getting the 5 and 7 well cut to big distance ( and earning the necessary time for the throw after that 5 caught before having to catch the 7 ). Figured out a grip with ringfinger between the lower palm-ball and the two upper finger-balls, which does perfect at start, but gotta get used to doing it while catching whilst juggling. 5b anything - 3 min.
