Less energetic today than the last few days.

#HLAIB was hitting nicely, got many consecutive flashes and a couple qualifies. Elbows held up well, it feels a little more efficient than it used to.

#4bdots was okay today, but a little slow. I wanted to see how my form was doing, so I decided to film:

That pretty much ended my session for today. It was quite a bit harder than a typical nutshot with this pattern.

I did some token 5 and 7b, but nothing fantastic.
