Heydar

5 balls, 6 balls, 7 balls, numbers, 150 minutes

Lots of standard spinny stuff with 5 balls, ranging from not good to ok.

1 up 4 up multiplex into (6x,4)* finally clicked though, and I could just do it. Felt easier than going back into cascade in a way, because the synch catches stops me needing to reach up on my right to get the second ball...

First proper session with my new balls outside on 6 and 7. Slow to start, then went generally well. Didn't spend too long on anything in particular. Synch-asynch transitions felt harder than usual, but general asynch fountain was working reasonably well. Got a b97531 and a 4 up asynch, and landed a 4 up multiplex start, which I just realised I can connect more easily than the 5 ball version as the next throw is left handed for me :) Also, very close to 1 high, 3 low 360.

7 felt awesome, especially at first. Got some good, controlled-feeling runs before I paused my music and started counting catches. As soon as I did that the pattern inevitably got worse, but counted a 60-something catch run, which I felt was pretty good considering I haven't worked on 7 in a couple of months...

Started getting tired and my right-hand throws started getting lower, so I had a couple of half-decent attempts at 966 then left it.

Numbers generally bad. Spent most time on trying and failing to flash 9, but by this time I was feeling a bit wiped out and my right shoulder was hurting a bit so I just had a few goes at flashing 6 in my left hand. A few really good attempts- caught 4 a couple of times, and the catches were all possible. Soon...
