3balls LEVEL: 3, 50 minutes

Practiced level: 3 starting from both sides. And at the end of my session, i was able to comfortably juggle the cascade high and narrow, perfectly. :)

I noticed as i was practicing that learning and perfecting the flash starting from both sides really is important. It helps you get comfortable with throwing from both the left and right hand, so both hands are doing the same thing. And practicing the flash and doing it the way u want it to be done (perfectly of course!) before learning or practicing the pattern continuously helps stabilize the 3ball cascade. If i was to rush past this, and just learn how to make more throws, practicing and learning 5 again would be a nightmare. Because after all, the 5 ball cascade is the SAME thing, with 2 extra balls at a higher height, requiring EVEN MORE accurate throws.
