A good numbers session. Reached 22 throws twice and for the first time this year. Thinking about starting low and fast and increasing height through the flash to spread the timing of the balls, which makes it a lot easier to get beyond the flash. Had a few goes at 13 and almost flashed 7 in one hand. Beat my PB at 645 double flat single, which I'm really enjoying learning. Some Japanese tourists filmed us.
