1 ball head bounce, 1 club balance, 3 balls, 3 rings, 4 balls, 4 clubs, 4 rings, 5 balls, 5 rings, 6 balls, 7 , 65 minutes

Head bounce practice, short object balance, 3 ball 3 up practice (getting more consistent!), then mostly 6 ball endurance, and 7 ball work (9 catches is best I can do, 7 balls flash is getting better. 3,4, and 5 ring practice. Then a bit of 3 club and 4 club work.
