3 balls, 4 balls, 5 balls, 6 balls, 7 balls, 150 minutes
Standard warm up of 3/4/5, got a few 50+ runs of 6 and a few 20+ runs of 7. 7 pattern seems to be materializing more and more with practice (go figure!). Back to 3 ball body stuff, got a 20+ run of reverse shoulder throws and a 10+ run of continuous machine penguin, which gives me serious wrist strain! Worked on 441 with the 1 as an Eric's Extension pass and got a few rounds. 6 Ball Half-Shower was solid enough, not enough height to try much else with 6.
