5b casc varied - ~5 min.
7b casc - ~45 min. ___ 47, 55, 57, 41 throws runs longer than 40 th. Feels great, once it rolls in a run - focus on pattern's top aiming into it and on constant height and precise well, truly snapped-in + active, acting, not passive reacting control over it, doing absolutely `right´ throws all the time. The `middle´ balls aren't in a blind attention spot anymore, but it's a whole pattern with each ball at its place moving along that chain of pearls. All I need is to manage to stay there for a longer while, melted to the right beat in an ongoing same ado. ___ [ daily7b II: 57 ]
