Felt like shit, but can't train on the 24th or 25th, so I had to train extra hard today. My lower back really hurts, not sure why.
I've been doing some exercises from Juggling Mastery. I think they are helpful. Today I ran 7b for 187 throws to a drop. Unsatisfied, I continued until I ran 7b for 100 catches to a clean collect. Much less foot movement than usual.
