7 balls, 5 balls, 100 minutes

5b casc varied - 8 min.   Apart from usual warmup, tried [ #otu ] normal high -- a bit lower -- heigher height -- lower a bit -- higher again -- .. a.s.o. all in all going higher upto b-high, but got drops every once in a while. I think, I got one whole ladder.
7b casc - 92 min.   53, 55, 50, 63 cl, 53, 51, 57, 65, 49(?), 51 throws longest runs ( rest: 47 a few times and below ) in a longer good middle part where it rolled really well (bad start and bad towards end).   [ daily7b II: 65 ]
