Relaxed, 60 minutes

Took it a bit easy today, fatigue has been catching up with me. I'm taking tonight off exercising and tomorrow off juggling. Didn't so anything involving 2xs.

Practised #5bbx a bunch, tried out 55244 with the 5s as backcrosses, which felt really nice. Flashed 55550 from each side as all backcrosses. Getting tired of hitting myself in the back of the head. But hey, Doug said that was a good sign, so I'll deal with it.

Also spent more time on #BAtH. Was very close to going from a standard cascade to BAtH to BBB, but didn't quite keep BBB stable. Bah.

#753 and #7b were both decent. It's at the point where I'm feel fatigued after only 10 catches of 7b though, so it's time for a day off. Wednesday had better watch out.

Oh, and I recorded an idea. I don't remember it now, but hey, that's why I record things.

5 balls, 4 balls, 35 minutes

Warmed up, practiced the 5ball cascade starting with 5 throws,6,7,8, then into short runs/long runs when it was under control. Then I practiced some 4ball patterns: 552, 534, 53. I recorded myself juggling the 5b cascade and was able to keep it running for 33 seconds, on my first try. I wasn't going for a new record or anything, I was just doing it for the sake of getting it on video haha. Crazy right? But i think i've kept the pattern running for a minute in the past, but that was when i was standing up with the ceiling limiting my throwing height. Now, when ever i practice, I stand on my knees so that i get like 3-4ft more throwing space. My point is that I was juggling it at a low height, and it was probably easier. idk. This was maybe less than a year ago, at that time, i wasn't practicing seriously or regularly like i am now. And i wasn't logging any entries. Sorry, i'm going off on a tangent. I'm just going to end the entry here. Keep up the progress everyone! I know i am..trying to! but i feel like i'm getting somewhere!

5ball Progress Video
I was going to upload it yesterday, it was done and everything! But each time i tried, youtube failed to process my video. It was really annoying! I'll eventually get the video up!

(edit: woops! This entry is actually for yesterday, the 24th. I just didn't get around to posting the entry till now. I usually end up practicing late at night, and recording the entry after work the next day. It's a bad little habit of mine I need to change.)

7 balls, 9 balls flashing, 3 heavy balls, 5 heavy balls, #meta, 150 minutes

3b freestyle, misc - 5 min.5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 7 min.9b flashing - 38 min.   Max 6 gathers, yet getting accustomed to launching well, felt good, and had 9 catches in reach once.   7b casc - 100 min.   Round an hour sort of not really `going for it´ regarding runs kept up long .. ``nice´´ swift, speedy, and lower patterns, but (very) short runs only (max 33 throws, low average guessed ~20) and not many early fails.   [ #meta A thought, I had: The bad sessions are those, you later lack, if not done - they keep your constant practise up, and keep your level, and they are ``good for tomorrow´´.]   Then, only just hey really ``nice´´ was not good enough! :o} , and I put some more energetic, wanting spirit, heart into it - got 39, 45, 49 throws. [ dailyLongestRun7b: 49 ]

5 balls, 50 minutes

5b blind - 50 min. (soft 6,3 cm, 55 gr beanbags)   Always did, seeing, flash 7-9 throws until I got a thoroughly well-spaced pattern about nose-height, only then only one attempt blind. Got 4 catches. Then 5 (!) [gonna record-log that]. Also 7 throws once (but those 2 catches only).   Think, I did something different to previous stints: maybe not imagine, visualize the pattern before me and my mind's eye, but concentrating on hands, beat, dosing of force, throwing & aiming inside front plane, and the weight of balls in the hands when launching, in the first place; maybe visualizing the pattern only then for catching.
