trinity, 210 minutes
Figured out transitions to / from reverse 5 ball splits (5 qualify -> 1up -> 6 or 7 (2x) catches of the splits -> 1up -> 5 qualify). It works perfectly with a counter ball.

This session was dissapointing. Looking back, i was not taking practice seriously, didn't bother warming up, and I had unreasonably high expectations despite all of that. :P

1 club, 3 clubs, balance, headbounce, 50 minutes
Short practice after work and swim.
Worked on alberts a bit. Right hand = good, left hand = bad. Max 18 consecutive alberts from right hand, but couldn't get beyond 2 consecutive from both hands.
Other focus was 3 club chin rolls with a nose balance. Managed 5 rolls back to cascade once and 5 down into 4 club singles a couple of times. Would like to get this one solid.
Finished with a bit of head bouncing. Just working on getting clean runs of 10 and 20 bounces with no/minimal foot movement.

3 balls, 40 minutes
Finally got back from two weeks at camp! Time to start practicing again.
Went through all of my 3 ball tricks, spending 1-2 minutes on each trick, except I spent 5 minutes on backcrosses connected to overheads connected to backcrosses again, and I spent 10 minutes on a 3 up multiplex.
I want to end up spending a minute or two on each trick with the exception of if I learn a new trick
Pretty good practice, but unfortunately my roof wasn't high enough for pirouettes.
Some 4 and 5 ball work.
Was going to follow my 3 ball practice routine, by doing tricks for 1-2 minutes, although I decided since I have less 4 ball tricks I will spend 2-5 minutes on each trick.
I worked on overheads both sync and async, sync columns and variations, backcrosses and the shower a lot, although I did work on a few more tricks.
Worked on 5 balls for just 5 minutes. I feel like it's better just to work on lots of tricks or patterns for a short amount of time so I make slow but steady progress. I did a basic pyramid practice, finishing with 40 catches of 5 balls.

7 balls, 5 balls, 3 heavy balls, 5 ball tricks, 245 minutes
3b freestyle, misc - 20 min. 5b casc varied - 35 min. Endure, at normal height: 515 (517?) throws [record that one - did 500 c last time in winter], 373 throws; at 7-height: 28(? 38?) sets of 8 throws and 207 th; 9-high: twice 56 throws (from height-increasing cascade), best, I think, upto now; ~12 th at b- to d(!)- height. Some "fastest". 5b tricks - 5 min. All up 180° - confirmed yesterday's flash in six or seven tries (once 4c) [record that too]. 7b casc - 95 min. Runs 45 throws, 41 throws, several ~ >=30 th. Good low runs, but a lot of tries without finding well into pattern aswell. "Too wide" is definitely a - if not the - major issue (maybe also these queer collisions coming from nowhere) .. happens on good and very good runs .. maybe gotta do more 5b wide \\ narrow again or do that with the few periods of 7b, that I can keep up. Tried the latter towards end of session (7b narrow), and its very hard, like correcting throws only.
3b freestyle, misc - 5 min. 5b casc varied - 20 min. 7-high. "Fastest". "High, higher, highest". Endure at normal height (without counting or `going for it´). 7b casc - 65 min. [ dailyLongestRun7b: 45 ]

records, 100 minutes
I forgot to make a log entry yesterday........arrrggghhhhhhhh!!!!!! I'll have to practice longer today to make up for it......
I started my practice with a nice relaxing 7 ball warm up.......Then I decided that I would cause Peterbone some pain by taking one of his records.......It gives me great happiness to imagine the annoyed look on his face;) any way....I am probably going to practice a little bit more (500 mins) in a few hours......right now, I need breakfast..........
records, normalpractice, 200 minutes
AAAAAA!!!! I beat a legit world record!!!! I beat the 3 ball reverse cascade record!!!! I'M SO FREAKING EXCITED!!!!!! I'd like to thank all the little people.......including the amazing advice to "loosen up my shoulders".......ok, maybe I'm taking this too far;) it wasn't that awesome of a record anyway.........It's still cool though.........
My normal practice went well. 9 balls is getting better. everything else was the same. nothing too exciting....
