Feeling sore, didn't do anything too fatiguing. Not a great practise for anything in particular, though it's obvious my 771 has clicked (runs longer than 20 catches often, when previously runs of 12 would have me happy) but can be run messily. 7b is also feeling easier, I found focussing more on where I'm throwing from, and less on where things should be peaking is making the pattern cleaner.
