4 balls, 5 balls, 6 balls, 7 balls, 4 clubs, 45 minutes
Again most of my focus in this practice session was 6 balls and 4 clubs. Had a great 94 long run of 4 clubs that was quite exciting, but, I am not sure my form is getting better and that I am just overcoming bad form with sheer persistence. Still doing the exercises that Warren H. set out for me. Things certainly seem to be improving. 7 balls is starting to feel like a qualify is soon on the horizon.

Indoor ring practice. Standard stuff. Flats might be coming on, but it's hard to tell. Reverse bxx didn't go as well as last time I felt, but got 3 back to pattern left and right. Got a few good runs of 4 with a balance. Beat my pb twice :)
3 clubs, 4 clubs, 5 clubs, 120 minutes
Spins and backcrosses.
Really improved the 2 stage 720 with 3 clubs- throwing first 2 higher now.
Backcrosses on singles felt ok, doubles not so great. Landed 5511 with the 5s as triple bxx and the 1s passed around the body.
4 club singles felt really hard, possibly because my forearms and wrists were tired from climbing. Triples worked well though- threw from nearer the knob and used less effort. Finally got 200 clean.
Worked on 4 up 360s. Landed one asynch and close to a few more. Started to relax and it felt much better. Need to throw from the middle more. Landed one in synch too and worked on 2 up 720. Really close, but feels like I just have to get lucky with the spins- should push for asynch next time.
5 clubs felt good- 80 something catches first time, then endurance with Michael. Won comfortably, partly because he hadn't warmed up, partly because I was doing really well.

Super tired and hot. Nothing really worked. Did a fun shared shower thing with Brook though, and I'd like to try more stuff like that when I'm feeling competent.
