1 ball head bounce, 1 club balance, 6 balls, 7 balls, 4 clubs, 60 minutes

Once again focusing on trying to get 4 clubs and 6 balls semi solid and 7 ball qualify. Still only at 12 catches of 7. Getting some good 4 club sync runs and good 2 in one hand runs, which seems to be translating into some pretty good 4 club async runs. Still not close to the 100 threshold that I consider semi solid. 6 balls is still a collision fest after about 4-5 throws from either hand. Trying to focus on scooping and releasing near shoulder line versus at center line of body. Shoulders are not real happy with me right now...lots of wear-and-tear with this numbers work.

Head bounce and club balance stuff to provide rest from all the other exercises.

Will take a few days off toss juggling (to rest shoulders) and only do balance and head bounce for a few days.

3 balls, 4 balls, 5 balls, 210 minutes

General ball practice. Didn't get on to 6 and 7 again :( Will try to do them tomorrow morning so I can skip the warmup for numbers.

Need to think more about the throws in 3 ball 180s. It's 3 balls, so I can land it consistently, but not nicely. Need to take my time with the throws and turn more sharply. Make sure it is a full 180, too- don't just follow where the balls go.

Found concentrating on making the first backcrosses out of the 360 more vertical reduced corrections and wandering massively.

Made good progress with the ass catch. Need to go slowly though and get the ass throw consistent before I try anything more exciting.

Need to concentrate on making the last throw of shower 360s go sideways. Makes it easier to catch as it's in the right place, but also seems to make the spin better. Probably because I'm actually paying attention on those attempts. Need to focus and not be lazy- I'll use less effort.

Should probably think more about asynch 4 ups too- I think I'm throwing too quickly. Too much correction after. Slow down the throws and speed up the spin. Same goes for siteswap 360s- first throw of the 3 low is too low and vertical. If I look up, there's plenty of time.

Need more power on right hand throws in 180s, less in 360s.

1234567 not great. Need to concentrate on making the 6 higher.

5 ups good. Concentrated on releasing low and slow and sideways and not letting the right hand throws come inwards. Some really smooth ones.

5 ball shower not great. Worked better when I had more movement with my left arm, but I could really do with my new balls turning up.
