# 7 balls, 9 balls flashing, 5 ball tricks, 3 heavy balls, 5 heavy balls, 277 minutes

3b 200gr, freestyle, misc - 30 min.   (also:) all up 90° ('got it once), single bx 90°, fastest.
5 heavy balls, 200 gr casc - 3 min.   85 throws 6-7-high. 239 t endured.
5b 56752 - 35 min.   Once into 9th side. Two times 8th side collapsing.
9b flashing - 82 min.   Four or five times 8 gathers.   After an hour, noticed, grip wasn't good - left out some air and it felt notably better, balls squishier again, better grip, better launch, but didn't get anything anymore.
7b casc - 127 min.   43, 48, 51, 53, 53, 43, 43, 53 throws longest runs.   [ daily7b II: 53 ]

# 7 balls, 9 balls flashing, 5 balls, 7b casc varied, 204 minutes

5b warmup div - 7 min.   In five attempts, didn't get an all up 180° (4 back to cascade throws + drop).   Cascade high, wristy, fast.
9b flashing - 50 min.   Four times 8 gathers.
7b casc - 130 min.   45, 45, 52, 47, 43 throws longest runs.   [ daily7b II: 52 ]
In between, just for a change, did some high patterns, and also tried to pull down from high to low. It went into an own stint of
7b casc varied - ~+10 min. High + pull down - got one pulled down and up high again. Wide\\narrow - hard (but opened that dimension at least). Walking start (foreward or backwards - doesn't matter), then keep walking walk back 'n forth. Low fast patterns and head-high flashes.
5b fastest - 7 min.

# 5 balls, 5 clubs, 7 balls, 6 clubs, 80 minutes

I felt really good today, more confidant than usual. I just got Youtube Red, so I listened to music on my phone while I trained, which I don't usually do. Uninterrupted music is helpful.

Juggling went well.

7 balls: 130 catches (clean)
5 clubs: 100 catches (clean)
6 clubs: 6 catches (clean - while several people were watching)

I accomplished the above in under an hour. Normally I would have left at this point, but I decided to stay and work on some 4 club stuff and 7351. Lots of people watching.

Props looked really good in the sunlight today.

# 7 balls, 9 balls flashing, 5 ball tricks, 5 balls, 197 minutes

5b casc varied - 5 min.   warmup: high (11 throws b-maybe-d-high); wristy; fast.
9b flashing - 55 min.   Five times 8 gathers.   12, 12, (12)?, 10, 10, 15, 10, 11(? 13?), 15 throws launches into collapse.
7b casc - 117 min.   57 cl, 69, 49, 59, 45, 50, 43 cl, 61, 45, [short break], 44, 51, 45 throws longest runs. Better again, weary, worn start a few minutes, then good arms until only towards end somewhat burning, so stopped just a bit earlier and ended with 5b [see below]. Agreable fresh temperature, cooling, but not chilly, shoulder-free t-shirt.   [ daily7b II: 69 ] Great yield, good runs, good feel, just struggling to settle in good patterns.
5b [tutti frutti] - 20 min.   A bit each, whatever came to my mind, 56752 (bad, stopped), single bx (got two), double reachovers (fails), all up 180° (fails), rev casc (a few periods, felt good), half-tennis (not so good, then a run with 7 rev throws), fastest (pretty speedy, no very long runs).

# 7 balls, 9 balls flashing, #StagesOfLearning, #focus, 5 balls, 229 minutes

5b casc varied - 9 min.   high.   wristy.
9b flashing - 86 min.   Six or seven times 8 gathers.   Several >9 throws launches roundabout: 10, 11, 12, 12, 13 t 6 g, 13 t 6 g, 11, 14(?), 13, 12, or so.   #SoL #focus - [And here's your next ``clue´´ for nine, folks:] "All of a piece"-launches: keeping focus on the first ball thrown during the whole launch then done from peripheral view (instead focussing on the crossing point or on whatever, then only later spotting that first ball), will make the whole rest of the launch better timed after that first ball's flight-time (and goes right into rethrows, provided it's become a good pattern).
7b casc - 134 min.   47, 49 throws longest runs.   If I knew what might have been wrong, I'd have tried to fix during 2½h; but what if it's the colder weather that makes me do with colder, stiffer arms and muscles and joints(? but I'm not even needing gloves!?). But then again - I now while logging realize - I should do such a little in-between-varying-stint as I've done before (high, low, pull high down again, wide\\narrow, ..). Also, shoulders and forearms burning not at a limit, but more than usual.   [ daily7b II: 49 ]

# 7 balls, 9 balls flashing, #ballproperties, 5 balls, 196 minutes

5b casc varied - 4 min.   9-b-high.   wristy 7-high.   (also tried wristy 9-high: wrists ``unleashed´´, full thrust, but with help of the forearms pushing / thrusting up, and notably rowing with whole arm)
9b flashing - 60 min.   Bad, balls felt too big and sticky when releasing at launch, they didn't seem to ``want´´ to leave the hand (not over 7 gathers, 8 in reach a few times). Washed them late that stint, which made it feel much better, swift launching again, and after a while of fighting found back into pattern and got my one 8 gathers' launch. [ #ballproperties ]
7b casc - 127 min.   43, 44, 51 cl throws longest runs (all on meadow).   A hard phase in between, after changing from meadow to under bridge, unfresh sore arms - only shortly sitting down for a snack and watering arms and shoulders wiped it all away, but I didn't get a long run anymore.   [ daily7b II: 51 ]
5b casc - 5 min.   no long runs (~100 throws)

# Targetted, 65 minutes

Focusing on some patterns to put in videos. The videos are:
Raging against inadequacy - assorted technical and angry patterns
Dots - ...dots.
Throw ins - throw-in patterns that I think are interesting. It's been fun thinking about content for this that isn't the boring, typical ones.

I've been working on:
A (6x,4)* dots variation
A 94444 dots variation
Three dots fundamental patterns
Half dots with the other hand interacting in some way

#HLAIB
#ISC
#I4BB (inverted 4b box)

534 with 3 bbth
#bbth (3b)
663 with the 3 bbth

Today I got my first connection of 2 (6x,4)* dots variation, which was nice. It's pretty simple, but I'd still like a minimum of 4 rounds for a video.
Got about 70 catches of split-sync 4b dots
3 rounds of #I4BB. Feels like I could run it indefinitely with some practice. It's got a fun swoopy motion right now.

Monday I did my first connection of 2 of the 94444 dots variation. Looking for at least 8 rounds for video.

5b casc varied - 4 min.   short warmup for 9b.
9b flashing - 75 min.   Five times 8 gathers.   A few 11 throws' launches, two of which went into 6 g. One pretty sweet gorgeous 13 throws into 7 g.
7b casc - 158 min.   49 cl, 45 cl, 44, 43, 47 throws longest runs. Not all as bad, though, got my remote controlled floating 3b top a few times, and didn't do all as tensed as yesterday (rather went to collect, then, and had some more priority on getting it smooth). # #conditions, 7 balls, 9 balls flashing, #focus, 5 balls, 207 minutes

#conditions near perfect, but later (with 7b) contrasting bright and dark cloudy spots irritated a bit (and did shady ball-silhouettes only). A constant light rain wasn't powerful enough to moisten anything before the light wind had dried it already, so it was a welcome natural cooling for especially my forearms and shoulders.
5b casc varied - 3 min.   9-b-high.   wristy 7-high.
9b flashing - 58 min.   After an early 8 gathers, then 9 c in reach, I somewhat lost connection; noticed delays, even slips, of stronghand's ringfinger ball, so then focussed on holding that one tight enough which got me the next 8 g. After that, focussing back on good, well-aimed and well timed first two throws, thus increasing the chance for launches all of a piece, did a good rest of stint. #focus
  Six(!) times 8 g.   One 9 c in reach.   A few 10, then 11, 15, 12 throws' launches.
The 9 c in reach launch in detail: I stopped the 7th ball to be caught, ahead with extended arm, caught the eighth. The ninth ball came falling down near me and I had to reach back near with that hand before I could fully grip the 7th ball so lost that one (= 8 g).
7b casc - 146 min.   (41), 67, (43 unreasonable, dropbound), 43, 61(? 65?), 48, 43, 51 throws longest runs.   [ daily7b II: 67 ]

# 7 balls, 9 balls flashing, 5 balls, 217 minutes

5b casc varied - 5 min. warmup with 9-b-high throws.
9b flashing - 66 min. Four times 8 gathers. A dime's worth opportunity for a 9 c: time plenty for last catch landing ahead, but had no hand free, both clinging to body with bodycaught eight balls; trying to free one hand with only one hand holding all the balls to my body or adjusting them to well gripped took too long - I think, I tried to do that (grip all) with both hands together and reached out ahead with both together and didn't get it and lost one of the bunch (=7 g, then).
7b casc - 146 min. 45, 47, 46, 53 cl, 51 throws longest runs. Somewhat burning forearms towards end (obviously did too tensed and didn't get it nimble, wristy, speedy). [ daily7b II: 53 ]

# 7 balls, 5 ball tricks, 9 balls flashing, 240 minutes

Rainy, cold, windchilly, uncosy for one two hours. Partly wore four layers of shirts.
9b flashing - ~30(?) min.   One 8 gathers launch, many 7 g. Then came wind pushing me and the pattern & the cold and I'd have had to stop with hands becoming clumsy, somewhat too stiff for the fast precision required, but tried with vinyl gloves (+four shirts) which worked for another while, but the magic was gone, so - other than planned - I preferred to stop under those conditions.
5b 56752 - ~75(?) min. (kept the vinyls on)   Two 9th sides. Best clean was 8 sides.
7b casc - ~135(?) min. (it was warmer and less wind again soon)   46, 49 (,55?) throws longest runs.   [ daily7b II: 49 ]
